Liverpool ‘receives 175 million pounds in awards and TV revenue’ for its Premier League win

Liverpool is expected to earn a record $1 million for winning the Premier League title.

Topflight clubs have agreed to win their full prize from last season, where the Reds of Jurgen Klopp won with the 18-point cooler, and hold any relief through the coronavirus pandemic.

The 20 Premier League clubs have made the decision that applicable cuts made due to the virus outbreak, which can generally reach 330 million pounds through broadcaster discounts, would be distributed over long seasons to not affect the club’s existing income at this fragile time, according to the Times.
