Liverpool star’s father, Conor Bradley, has passed away at the age of 58.

NEWS… BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT

Liverpool defender Conor Bradley is mourning the death of his father.

Joe Bradley, 58, died Saturday morning and had been there for weeks.

Conor Bradley has been a standout player for Liverpool since making a series of appearances over the past month.

The 20-year-old was named the most suitable guy for his performance in the 4-1 win over Chelsea on Wednesday night.

A Liverpool journalist said: “Liverpool FC is deeply saddened by the passing today of Conor Bradley’s father, Joe.

‘The thoughts of everybody at the club are with Conor and all of the Bradley family at this very difficult and sad time.

“On behalf of Conor, the LFC strongly insists that the family’s privacy be complete at this time. “

Meanwhile, Dungannon coach Rodney McAree claims the Liverpool defender’s father has given his son “good advice” about his career.

“For Conor to go from the heights he’s been at – making his league debut, scoring his first goal and assisting on so many goals – to the devastating news we’ve heard today is very difficult,” McAree told The Belfast Telegraph.

“Our prayers are with Conor, his mother Linda and the family.

“This is an extremely sad time for Conor and his family and they are in our thoughts.

“His mom and dad have given Conor some sound over the years.

“Conor’s a strong kid, but wasting his dad can’t be easy, so we’re thinking about him and Linda right now. “
