LONDON (AP) – Liverpool teenager Curtis Jones scored two goals in a 7–2 win over Lincoln in the League Cup, and protective champions Manchester City beat Bournemouth 2–1 on Thursday.
Liverpool qualified for a fourth-round match next Thursday for Arsenal, which also plays for Anfield in the Premier League on Monday.
