Wolves President Jeff Shi is sure the young man can have an effect on Nuno Espirito Santo’s team, which he is looking to build on last season’s race to the Europa League quarter-finals.
“We’ve been following Fabio’s progression for a long time. He’s a player you want for a few minutes to see his football talent based on herbs,” Shi told the club’s official website.
“In recent years, Fabio has grown very temporarily and has now shown himself in porto’s first team, which is a leading team.

“Our head coach’s quality requirement is very high, however, he believes Fabio is a vital signing that will help the team this season.
“The timing of this agreement is the time when we bought Ruben Neves; we wait for the right time to get a high-quality disk drive at the right price.”
Shi believes Silva’s will be a hit with Molineux fans.
“Fabio is a young player who shows not only a technical skill, but also his game intelligence for a player his age is first class,” he added.
“He has the ability to interfere to hold the game and hold the ball for others to play.He tries to reach the surface and his movement and intelligence in the domain of penalties are as intelligent as anyone.
“Fabio has the prospect of being a generational skill and watching us grow Nuno is very exciting. He’s the kind of player our enthusiasts will love.”
The wolves are expected to extradite the team for the new campaign, with Barcelona’s central defender Jean-Clair Todibo as another reported target.
Shi said: “In terms of recruiting the first team, all of the club’s priorities are head coach and helping Nuno build the team he wants.”

“Every agreement made through the club; this agreement, the following offers, player sales, point to Nuno building the team.
“Like all our signatures, this is due to a lot of hard work, from many vital people, that Nuno and I make these things happen and help us get things done.
“Even after an unprecedented pandemic that has profoundly affected each and every football club in the world, our ambition and determination to continually evolve the team never changes.
“Fabio’s signing shows that we will make a significant investment when we consider it for the club.”
