The LSU opened the fall camp on Monday for the first time before the season open at Tiger Stadium opposite the state of Mississippi on September 26.
The Tigers practiced outdoors at The Ponderosa with helmets and shorts on the first day of the acclimatization period demanded by the NCAA.

The Tigers returned only 3 get starteders on offense with Myles Brennan taking over from cinput. He threw more than 15,000 yards and 165 touchdowns at the top school, however, the 6-foot-4-inch, 210-pounder will make his first start in his career when the Tigers first enter the area in 2020.
Ja’Marr Chase, winner of last season’s Biletnikoff Award, is back with fellow catchers Terrace Marshall and Racey McMath, giving Brennan plenty of weapons to throw. Add sophomores Tyrion Davis-Price, Chris Curry and John Emery Jr. and the pieces are there for an explosive offense if you find an offensive front that must update 4 starters.
In the front, enthusiasts will notice more obvious adjustments between Aranda’s 3-4 scheme and Pelini’s 4-3 scheme.
Tyler Shelvin has become a dominant tackler last season, and his return instead of testing the nfl’s waters gave LSU a shot in the arm. The same can be said of Glen Logan. However, a notable loss is Neil Farrell’s resolve to retire from the season due to COVID-19 issues.
The Tigers lost 4 beginner supporters, leaving several gaps to fill in the next level. Cox is expected to occupy one of the places with Damone Clark, while Pelini is the third supporter.
DBU High School is in good hands with corner Derek Stingley, as well as Jacoby Stevens and Kary Vincent, who have left the NFL in suspense for a year.
