Adam Idah remains part of Celtic’s first-team WhatsApp organisation as the Irishman hopes to return to paradise over the summer. The 23-year-old arrived on loan in the second half as Brendan Rodgers’ side won the League and Scottish Cup.
As reported by Stephen McGowan of Mail Sport, Idah remains in the organisational chat used through the Celtic team, indicating his preference to be in Glasgow.
Idah is a popular figure in the first team and it is a great upgrade to obviously see his long career with the Hoops.
McGowan’s update coincided with news on Tuesday that Norwich had initiated internal disciplinary action against Idah for not allowing his team to fly to Austria for a pre-season camp, with his manager admitting Celtic’s interest was a factor.
Brendan has made it clear that the striker is one of his most sensible targets this summer. Idah made nine appearances during his loan spell in the second part of the season, scoring nine goals and assisting twice. The Irishman’s contribution was brilliant and culminated in their Scottish Cup final victory over Philippe Clement’s Rangers.
