Man United’s Nemanja Matic prepares for next season

Manchester United’s 2019/20 crusade has been mixed.

The first part of the season is deficient from the point of view of the Red Devils.

However, the arrival of Bruno Fernandes in January, along with the return of Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba after the return of football in June, have helped change United’s season.

And they ended up limping a little on the line, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men still in control to take a third position in the Premier League, a feat that, of course, means they’ll be doing their job in the Champions League. League the next quarter.

On the other hand, the United FA Cup semi-final held by Chelsea will be an opportunity that the Reds (particularly David de Gea) will be too eager to remember.

However, the Manchester Giants still have one last chance of trophies this season, as they are in the Europa League.

However, a 3rd-place finish and a Europa League shot will be enough for a Man United player.

Nemanja Matic, who has been on the Red Devils’ books since the summer of 2017, recently revealed his ambitions for the upcoming season in an interview with the club’s official website.

And although his team finished 33 editions, eventually champions, Liverpool this quarter, Matic needs to win the Premier League, or at least watch United fight for the title, in 2020/21:

“Personally, I would like to win the Premier League with Manchester United. I think our club has to fight for the title.

“We have to strive to make it as productive as possible for this club, what we’re doing now, and I don’t think we can allow any club to win the league seven or ten games before the end of the season. So we have to fight to the end.

“Of course we have a young team, but that can’t be an excuse. I think those young players already have some seasons on them. So from next season we have to fight for the title. I don’t know if we’re going to win, but I’m sure we can fight to the end.

“It’s my non-public purpose and I feel the same way.”
