JADON SANCHO has completed his loan move to former side Borussia Dortmund for the rest of the season.
Manchester United, however, did NOT include a buyout clause in the deal.
On the other hand, Erik ten Hag no longer feels the pressure of winning trophies at Manchester United following the arrival of Sir Jim Ratcliffe, SunSport can reveal.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils are the giants of the Premier League following Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian.

Nemanja Matic is reportedly retiring from football after broken promises from Stade de Rennes.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United midfielder joined the Ligue 1 club this summer.
The 35-year-old Matic joined Rennes from Roma on a £1. 7m contract and has made 19 appearances in all competitions. However, the Serbian is tempted to hang up his boots after his time at the club, according to GFFN.
The report claims that the club’s leaders promised that their young people would be able to go to a foreign school. However, there is no such school in the French city.
The former Serbian foreigner has three children with his wife Aleksandra, son Filip and daughters Anika and Tea.
Matic reportedly feels that his promises have been fulfilled and believes that his time at the club is over.
The report adds that the 35-year-old emptied his locker at the club on Tuesday. He and his family were then seen doing a high-speed workout bound for Paris.
Ouest-France also claimed that Matic could move to London, where he had a house.
Hayden Hackney’s midweek winner against Chelsea makes the Middlesbrough winger the latest Championship star to be eyed by Championship giants.
But England’s Under-21 star is NOT on our list of five hot second-tier clients who could make the move.
Here’s who we picked:
Jobe Bellingham (Sunderland) Conor Chaplin (Ipswich) Leif Davis (Ipswich) Stephy Mavididi (Leicester) Jaden Philogene (Hull)
Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke sees only two to succeed Erik ten Hag.
The 1999 Treble winner believes Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi or Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane will be United’s next managers.
The Red Devils have stumbled since the end of Alex Ferguson’s 27-year reign in 2013.
Ten Hag is the eighth man to manage United since Fergie retired with his last Prem crown.
Yorke, 52, told Footy Accumulators: “I think Roberto De Zerbi has a chance, but that remains to be seen.
“It’s a call to consider, but everyone was given their chance. I don’t see apart from Zidane and De Zerbi.
Jadon Sancho’s ‘horrible’ saga at Manchester United has made him one of the ‘biggest failures’ of all time.
That’s according to former Red Devils striker Louis Saha, as the excluded winger looks set to sign for Borussia Dortmund on loan.
Saha told Paddy Power: “Jadon Sancho is one of Manchester United’s biggest movement mistakes; You can’t let go of that kind of quality because of their way of thinking.
“You can’t leave him out for six months because of that. The only thing that prevents you from doing so is injuries.
“We know it’s pretty good, that’s why it’s not going well.
“You can’t put yourself on that stage and think you’re bigger than the coach. Whatever happens, I’m not Sancho, which is tricky for me as a United player. It’s just awful. “
Sevilla’s drive to beat Everton for Hannibal Mejbri may come with a key clause in his loan.
The Spaniards hope to reach an agreement in which the midfielder’s departure will be permanent next season.
The 20-year-old Tunisian ace has only played 3 times, making 10 appearances in total for United this season.
Harry Redknapp believes Manchester United paid “crazy money” for Rasmus Hojlund.
The £72million summer signing was again goalless in Monday night’s 2-0 FA Cup win at Wigan, having netted just once in 15 Premier League games.
Redknapp, a former Tottenham and West Ham manager, said: “The guy they bought. How much is it worth, £80 million or £90 million? I don’t know how much money. It’s insane and it’s still miles away from being the finished article. “
Old Trafford manager Erik ten Hag insists he is confident his 20-year-old former Danish Atalanta striker will be of good use, once he adapts to the English game.
Former Manchester United and Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata insists he is hungry to continue betting after announcing his departure from Vissel Kobe.
The 35-year-old Spaniard, who has made 41 international appearances, has only played once for the Japanese national team and has been on the bench for five matches.
But the former Valencia and Galatasaray star, who is now a free agent, got a medal thanks to Kobe’s triumph in the 2023 J1 League.
Mata wrote on Instagram: “I can’t wait to continue enjoying football elsewhere, and I hope to keep winning trophies, possibly the streak will continue!”
EXCLUSIVE: Marseille have announced a belated and frantic attempt to try and bring in Anthony Martial, SunSport has learned.
Reports today claim that the Frenchman is thinking about ending his contract with Manchester United after refusing to sign for Fenerbahce.
But Old Trafford sources say representatives from Marseille remain in touch with United over the chance of a loan move for Martial during this January transfer window.
However, any deal depends on the player’s willingness to return to their home country, which can become a sticking point.
Our source said: “Interest remains high in Anthony. His stock may be low at Manchester United but there is interest among clubs in Europe for him.
“Marseille are at the front of the queue and are in touch with United about taking Anthony on loan in January.
“The problem is the player himself. As things stand, he is planning on seeing his deal out and then reconsidering his options in the summer.
“Anthony sees his next step as crucial, so he has no plans to rush into making decisions about his future. “
Jadon Sancho has shown his departure from Manchester United on social media.
The outcast winger, 23, is set to rejoin Borussia Dortmund on loan for the rest of the season.
Sancho insinuated that the deal was closed because he liked an article about journalist Fabrizio Romano’s move.
The tweet claims that the winger will travel to Germany today.
It also claims that Dortmund will not have an option to buy him when the loan finishes and they will pay just a portion of his wages.
It reports that Sancho earns £290,000 a week at Man Utd and his parent club will have to cover a third of his salary.
Ex-Manchester United winger icon Lee Sharpe criticised Marcus Rashford’s performance in the FA Cup against Wigan.
Rashford helped United beat the Latics 2-0 at the DW Stadium to advance to the competition’s fourth round and ease pressure on under-fire manager Erik ten Hag.
The forward set up Diogo Dalot’s opener and played a big role in the the attack that led to a penalty-kick that Bruno Fernandes converted to seal an important win.
However, Sharpe insists the England player is still far from the surprising form of last season, in which he scored 30 goals and 11 assists in 56 appearances.
The midfielder doesn’t know what has led to this slump that has resulted in the 26-year-old scoring just three goals and six assists in 25 games this season.
However, the ex-England international wasn’t happy with Rashford’s lack of “intent” and “purpose” in the first few minutes of the match.
The 52-year-old also criticised the United star for “walking” when he played fast.
Sharpe told SunSport on behalf of Fruity Slots: “Last season was amazing. He was kind of a bright light when the coach came in and this season he doesn’t seem to have been up to the task.
“I don’t know whether it’s a confidence thing, whether he’s got something going on off the pitch that’s concerned him a little bit. But he doesn’t seem as focused as direct.”

Sevilla have leapt to the front in the race to borrow Manchester United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri.
La Liga is reportedly already in talks with the 27-year-old Tunisian star about a loan deal.
Everton are believed to be Mejbri’s admirer in the Premier League.
But he’ll most likely be gone until the end of the season.
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag says he will “consider everything” in the existing window.
Jadon Sancho tops the list of conceivable outgoing players, with other Red Devils expected to stick around at the end of the season.
And a new striker is understood to be on Ten Hag’s watchlist for January.
The Dutchman said: “We are everything, so what is the most productive interest of the players and also the most productive interest for us, the team, for Manchester United.
“So let’s see how we move forward in the window. “
Man United will be in action on January 14 when they take on Tottenham at Old Trafford.
PSV Eindhoven have reportedly formalised the signing of Manchester United’s pariah Facundo Pellistri.
The Uruguayan star has struggled to impress Erik ten Hag, who is in a position to let the winger go in the January transfer window.
Pellistri featured in United’s 2-0 win over Wigan on Monday for the first time since September.
But that could be his last game for some time, as he is expected to be the next star to leave the club this month, according to the Daily Mail.
The report claims that Ten Hag is in a position to let Pellistri go, meaning that PSV have shown interest in the Uruguay international.
The Eredivis side are expected to enter into talks with United about a potential loan.
They are probably not alone, however, as MLS giants LA Galaxy are also interested in the winger.
Erik ten Hag has revealed that he is expecting to have three players back in his team.
The manager insisted Christian Eriksen, Luke Shaw and Mason Mount could return within a fortnight.
He said: “Ouais, I think there will be some players who will be able to come back this weekend. “
“So I’m talking about Christian Eriksen, Luke Shaw.
“Harry maybe, Mason I think he needs some days or a week more.”
Former Manchester United star Juan Mata has insisted that he is keen to continue his playing career following his exit from Japanese outfit Vissel Kobe.
He wrote on social media: “Thank you so much to all my teammates and everyone who is part of Vissel Kobe for those months with you.
“It was an incredibly engaging experience that ended in the most productive way imaginable, making history and winning the championship for the first time for our club.
“I am so happy to have been a part of his family at such an important time that will be remembered forever!I wish you all the best for the future!
“Of course, thank you so much to our fans, you are my greatest special memory of those months, and I will keep your love and respect with me forever. Amazing people, amazing culture. I’ve learned a lot from you.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to enjoy football elsewhere and to keep winning trophies, may the streak continue!”

Hannibal Mejbri is set to move to Everton, after Sean Dyche made him his “number one target”.
Hannibal turned down the chance to play for Tunisia at the Africa Cup of Nations to force his way out in January.
And Old Trafford resources say he is on the verge of accepting an offer from Goodison.
The source said: “Everton want the player and Manchester United are happy for him to go out on loan. They’d prefer him to stay in the Premier League as it will provide a better barometer and benchmark for his abilities as a player.
“If he can be loaned out to Everton and make a good impression, he might work his way up to content at United.
“He’s highly regarded at United and through Ten Hag, but he’ll get more opportunities at Everton. Sean Dyche is a big fan and believes the player can give their game another edge. It has the number one priority in January.
Manchester United’s all-time leading goalscorer Wayne Rooney has been seen for the first time since his sacking as Birmingham City boss.
Rooney, 38, wore a hooded puffer jacket to stave off the northern frost as he filled his car up with petrol.
They only won two of their 15 games after John Eustace retired in October, with Birmingham collapsing in the league.
Former Manchester United winger Lee Sharpe says Marcus Rashford wants to improve his form temporarily to stay in United’s starting XI.
He told Fruity Slots: “I don’t know if it’s a confidence issue, if there’s something off the pitch that worries him a little bit, but he doesn’t appear as focused or direct in his football anymore.
“I don’t know what’s going on in his head, if it’s something off the field, if he’s thinking too much about the game. . . But this year, it turns out he’s fallen off the edge of a cliff. “.
“Now he’s one of the veteran players and he has to set an example for everyone. When the club lacks experienced first-team players, they want to set the tone. Against Wigan, I imagine maybe he would have played with a bit more pace, directness and authority in himself.
Former Aston Villa manager and Borussia Dortmund legend Paul Lambert has subsidised Jadon Sancho to achieve a successful return to BVB.
He told Ladbrokes FanZone: “Jadon Sancho did an incredible job for Dortmund during his first stint with the club; he looked unplayable at times out there.
“He then went to Manchester United and for one reason or another, things didn’t work out for him. You never know how those big moves are going to work out; whether it’s the club, or the character, or the lifestyle in England compared to Germany… sometimes things just don’t go according to plan.
“I’m pretty sure if he went back to Dortmund, we’d see a better player as a result. For a start, he’d be under less scrutiny than he is at Manchester United, and as a result, he’d probably go back to enjoying his football again, which would be great.”
Fabrizio Romano reports that Jadon Sancho will become a Borussia Dortmund player imminently.
The winger will fly to Germany to seal the deal.
He will arrive on loan at Dortmund without an option to buy.
Dortmund will cover part of his salary plus a £3.6million loan fee.
Gary Neville has criticised Manchester United for signing Casemiro from Real Madrid.
The midfielder joined United in 2022 at the age of 30 following a £70m contract with Real Madrid and signed a four-year contract.
Neville said in the latest edition of Stick to Football according to Sky Bet: “Casemiro is the best example of a short-term signing that is going to cost a lot in the long term.
“That signing never should have gone through a good sporting director, a good owner, and a good head of recruitment.
“This signing has never happened, it has been a veto.
“It doesn’t have long-term compatibility, the salary [structure] . . . The salaries are insane and the length of the contract is insane. “
Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has said that Jadon Sancho has been one of Manchester United’s “biggest transfer failures”.
Speaking to Paddy Power, Saha said: “Jadon Sancho is one of Manchester United’s biggest transfer failures – you can’t have that type of quality sidelined because of his mindset. You can’t leave him out for six months because of that. The only thing that should stop you is injuries.
“We know it’s pretty good, that’s why things aren’t going well. You can’t put yourself on that stage and think you’re bigger than the coach. Whatever happens, I don’t know Sancho, which is tricky for me as a United player. It’s just awful.
Middlesbrough are confident that he will remain Chelsea killer Hayden Hackney this month.
The 21-year-old Hackney midfielder scored the winner in the first half of Tuesday night’s 1-0 win over the Blues in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final.
The England Under-21 star has been watched through the Premier League’s top players, including big names Tottenham, Liverpool and the two Manchester clubs.
But SunSport understands Boro is firmly convinced that Hackney will go nowhere in January as boss Michael Carrick sets his sights on Wembley and championship promotion.
