Ilkay Gundogan has the third Manchester City player to test positive for COVID-19, but Monday night’s Premier League clash with the Wolves will continue.
Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte also have the virus in recent weeks, and the latter was also excluded from City’s first league match.
Gundogan’s positive check means he won’t play any components that oppose the Wolves, while he will also miss the League Cup match against Bournemouth on Thursday and will kill Leicester City next Sunday.
