Manchester City has ended Nathan Ake’s signing from Bournemouth for a million pound payment.
Pep Guardiola has been for some other central defender since the departure of Vincent Kompany in May.
Aymeric Laporte suffered an injured crusade in 2019-20, the Frenchman was in a normal state after he restarted the Premier League season in June, amid doubts about the long career of John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi.
Young Eric Garcia made impressive performances towards the end of the season, however, City, who has also been connected to Napoli star Kalidou Koulibaly, has now moved to his defensive ranks, joining the relegated side of Bournemouth.
The 25-year-old Dutch international, which Bournemouth signed with Chelsea for 20 million pounds in 2017, signed a five-year contract at Etihad Stadium.

After betting on each and every Premier League game for the Cherries in 2017-18 and 2018-19, an injury limited Ake to 29 league games last season, as Eddie Howe’s appearance abandoned the most sensible flight.
