Manchester United are exploring a deal to sign striker Chido Obi-Martin after his tenure as a schoolboy at Arsenal expires.
The 16-year-old visited United’s facilities in Carrington earlier this week, with the club in initial talks to move.
Arsenal made what they thought was a fair offer for Obi-Martin, whose next deal will be a purse before moving on to a professional contract at the age of 17.
