Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has asked his former team not to miss Jadon Sancho as he did Erling Haaland. Sancho is United’s main target this summer, but the Red Devils, for now, are not in a position to pay the 108 million pounds that Borussia Dortmund have put in the lead. Dortmund’s sporting director Michael Zorc said Monday that they now expect England’s foreigner to remain the best at his club next season.
However, Scholes with former United teammate Owen Hargreaves says Dortmund’s tactic is only to get more money for Sancho.
Scholes believes that if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer desperately tries to make a signal to Sancho, an agreement will be reached.
However, he warned the club of how the main purpose had been lost in Haaland this year.
United sought to signal the feeling of teenage striker Haaland of Red Bull Salzburg, but the Norwegian joined Dortmund for about 18 million pounds.

“He’s a wonderful player, they’re talking about 108 million pounds, that’s a lot of cash. I don’t know [if Sancho values it], don’t we know?
“He looks like a brilliant player, so I think any team in world football will. His aides, his goals.”

“The only thing I would say about United is that I think they were also desperate for Haaland, they made no additional effort to pay the cash they were looking for for him there.
“Will you do this for Sancho? I think they will, if Ole despairs him, I think they will.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Zorc insisted that the club’s resolution on Sancho is “final.”
He also revealed Sancho has a contract until 2023 – a year longer than originally thought.
“We look forward to having Jadon Sancho on our team this season, the resolution is final,” Zorc told reporters.
“I who answer all our questions.
“Last summer, we adjusted Jadon’s salary to adapt it to the evolution of his performance.
“Then, in the context, we had already extended his contract until 2023 at that time.”
