Here are Manchester United’s morning headlines for Thursday 13 August.
Grealish will tell Villa about the future
Jack Grealish is expected to speak to Aston Villa executive leader Christian Purslow about his long career on his return from vacation.
MEN cite a Mirror Report that States fears Villa will deprive him of a move this summer.
It is claimed that Villa can ask for up to 80 million pounds for the 24-year-old, which may force United to finish his participation.
Grealish had a remarkable season with the West Midlands club in 2019/20, but is expected to like to move on.
Different perspectives on football’s heritage
Jose Mourinho spoke of “the legacy of football” after Sevilla took off Manchester United in circular 16 of the Champions League in 2018.
Both now face off in the Semi-finals of the Europa League, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the most outstanding player at Old Trafford.
A man-made report describes the adjustments that have occurred at United since the Norwegian repositioned Mourinho to the front.
Solskjaer will prepare for this attack in a very different way than Mourinho’s two years ago.
If United is going to defeat Sevilla in this clash and continues to take advantage of the effects of the coming season, Mourinho’s shortcomings at the club may continue to be disclosed.
Under-23 boss praises sextet
Manchester United under-23 coach Neil Wood praised his team’s pictorial ethics as he reflected on the 2019/20 campaign.
Wood chose Brandon Williams, Ethan Laird, James Garner, Dylan Levitt, Ethan Galbraith and Arnau Puigmal for a special compliment in this regard after a season in which the club was promoted to Premier League 2 tracks in line with the game after starting there in March.
“You saw his appearance in the formula and that was really a component of his identity,” Wood told United’s website, through MEN.
“Brandon in specific and Ethan too, they like to protect but they also like to attack. If you can fly those two from the sensible thing to the bottom, it’s a spectacle to see them. It’s exciting and we were creating opportunities.

“It was good to watch but demanding for them and we demand that off them. Sometimes I thought they might be thinking ‘give us a break’ really but they kept going and you’ve seen Brandon has got his rewards and done exceptionally well with the first team. Ethan has also recently been training with the first team as well and I am very pleased with them.
“When you think of the midfielders we had there, we had Jimmy Garner, Dylan Levitt and Ethan Galbraith, a clever combination of skill because they all have other things that complement others very well.
“Sometimes Arnau Puigmal has also gone in there to climb anything else because he likes to run forward and attack and score goals. With the vision, creativity and diversity of passes, as well as the precision that these boys can play, an important component of the team.
