One of the last restaurants in Manchester city centre has been temporarily closed after an alleged Covid-19 case.
The 202 Kitchen on Bridge Street, a concept of place to eat trap where everything is painted bright pink, said the rotary ones are now in administrative isolation.
The site, which opened in late August, is undergoing a thorough cleanup lately before it can reopen next week, with plans to welcome consumers back from October 2.
202 Kitchen has already been hailed as Instagram’s place in the city, with a Barbie photo booth and even an imitation mansion with pink doors to pose for photos on the front.
The food here is referred to as a “trapbox”, necessarily other soul food dishes (macaroni and cheese, waffles, fried chicken, burgers, and grilled seafood) stacked in a box.
Customers who booked a table won a report of the restaurant’s closure.
The email says: “It is with regret that we will not be there to honor your next booking with us.
“Unfortunately, there is positive control of COVID-19 in our restaurant. Therefore, as a precaution, we have chosen to temporarily close.
“We will reopen once all the equipment can provide a negative control result and the place to eat has been very well cleaned and secured for COVID.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but the protection of our visitors and equipment will have to come first. “
In a statement, the place to eat said: “The 202 Kitchen Manchester has taken the voluntary resolution to close after an alleged covid-19 case.
“All rotating staff were asked to self-insulate as a precautionary measure, all data was passed to track and track, and the place to eat underwent a thorough cleaning before the room reopened on Friday, October 2.
“Having created more than 80 new jobs at a very difficult time for the hotel industry, the protection and well-being of our consumers and us is of paramount importance to us.
