Marcelo Bielsa identifies power difference in Leeds United’s defeat at Tottenham

Notes: How Sheffield Wednesday players behaved in Derby County

West Ham can simply beat Leeds United to feel extreme, Barnsley approaches former England youth star

The Spurs won the game thanks to a penalty from Harry Kane in the first half, a heung-Min Son smart final and a headbutt in the second half of Toby Alderweireld.

The Leeds made a brilliant match, with Gjanni Alioski in the side network, while the whites fired 18 shots at Hugo Lloris’ target, but were unable to adequately control the French alien.

Bielsa lamented United’s defensive mistakes that led him to his first loss in three games.

“In the game, we created 10 opportunities and didn’t score any goals and our conflicting parties created 12 and scored three,” he said.

“The basic difference power and the fact that his attacking game is the result of mistakes that perhaps we simply avoided.

“The ability of our attackers to unbalance their defense enough and defense ability is good too.

“The conditions that have come our way have made it very difficult to protect our own part and this is where we want to improve our performance.

“This game is comparable to those who oppose Chelsea and Manchester United and in that sense we have taken a step forward and we were in a position to have a closer game.

“We were not successful because we made mistakes that can simply be avoided. We have been through similar problems and it is not from lack of delight that we are in a position to make more important decisions.
