Marcus Rashford: Both U. T. Man terms emerge as ‘agent steals’ to meet euro giants

Marcus Rashford has reportedly come to leave Manchester United when his agent “flew in” to meet Serie A giants AC Milan.

Last month, Rashford made it clear that he is “ready” to leave Man Utd as he feels it is time for a new challenge away from Old Trafford.

The England foreigner has been heavily criticised for his persistent shortcomings and attitude for Man Utd, as his form has declined dramatically since he picked up 30 goals in the 2022/23 campaign.

Rashford has been connected with several Europeans since the January movement window opened and Fabrizio Romano has selected 3 clubs as possible destinations.

Romano said: “The moves around Marcus Rashford have gone according to plan,” he wrote. “Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan have asked for terms of the agreement.

“Meanwhile, Galatasaray have also approached Rashford this week, however, they are prioritising other characteristics in the five most sensible leagues now. “

On Tuesday night, an Athletics report that Rashford’s agent, also his brother, travelled to meet with AC Milan representatives.

“Marcus Rashford’s representatives have held exploratory discussions with the AC Milan loan on loan from Manchester United Forward in the January window.

“Dwaine Maynard, Rashford’s brother and agent, flew to Milan on Tuesday to set up recruitment talks at the Serie A side. “

“Talks remain at an initial level as Milan’s control team returns from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the team fought back 2-0 to beat rivals between 3-2 in the Italian Super Cup.

“Rashford’s salary, more than £325,000 a week, would also have to be heavily subsidised for a loan deal to appeal to Milan. “

The Daily Mail also claims that AC Milan is a loan deal, while the man UTD has set two conditions of movement.

It is a value to note that they are open to a loan, however, a “must buy” clause must be included and they have also established their sale price.

“AC Milan are comparing a loan for Marcus Rashford.

“The striker, who is only out of favour under Ruben Amorim and missed the midweek defeat for Newcastle through illness, is in a position for a new challenge and should be had this month.

“United, preferably to sell for £40m and that figure plus his salary of over £325,000 a week is the main obstacle.

“United will consider loans with a legal responsibility to buy deliveries and several clubs have expressed interest.

“Rashford has rejected Saudi Arabia’s approaches and staying in Europe to continue his career in England. “
