Lewis Hamilton has to be one of the GOATs in Turkey, and does Valtteri Bottas deserve a little more respect?
As the dust settles into an incredibly entertaining Turkish Grand Prix, PlanetF1 has decided on a component of its reaction to a historic day in Formula One.

Oxyuris: Perez and Hamilton have demonstrated their experience, and tire control is way ahead of the maximum of others on today’s grill. Neither Albon nor Stroll looks like what happened.
Robertingersoll: Stroll didn’t need the tires changed. They did it anyway and ruined his career. At least not at all, it may be over among the five most sensitive.
David Winder: Go sixth, be in pits back, pass first slowly, overtake your teammate, win in just 30 seconds, dominate the team in pits and a slippery and rainy race. Don’t ever tell me it’s just the car. You can’t say that anymore.
Glyn Ruck: seven-time world champion: an inspiration. Congratulations to Lewis and Toto for creating the environment and the entire Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, Track, Brackley team
It’s wonderful to see a rare demonstration of Toto’s excitement. That’s a lot for him and Lewis.
An error-free race showed Lewis’ elegance as a driving force in unfavorable conditions.
I salute you all.
Michael Amechi: Can you tell me that Hamilton is not just the most productive driving force of all time?
In his first year in 2007, he was one point away from winning the WDC while defeating teammate Alonso, a two-time so-time smart Hamilton in his first year.
Hamilton won the WDC in his F1 year, winning races and poles every year of his McLaren career until he replaced Mercedes, no less than the greatest driving force of all time, Michael Schumacher.
Although everyone thinks Michael would eclipse Rosberg, Michael had been ruled largely by Rosberg for three years to such an extent that all the arguments about Michael’s disappearance due to his age were not convincing, to say the least.
Hamilton then did what Schumacher simply failed to do, delivering Mercedes his first WDC since Fangio in 1955. In the following years, Hamilton would dominate not only the guy who ruled the wonderful Schumacher, but also, in a car in decline for two years, Vettel’s. driving 4XWDC for Ferrari.
With Vettel in his rearview mirror, Hamilton guided Mercedes to the fullest, an all-time success team and Hamilton himself, the ultimate driving force of success ever to run in F1.
And Hamilton’s done!
Edward Jones: I’m a fan of Verstappen and Norris, but what I have to say:
Yes, Mercedes dominated at the time, and yes, Max, Leclerc or Ricciardo can give Hamilton a run for his money in a Mercedes, but I have to admit that Hamilton is the greatest driving force of all time, he’s nowhere all weekend and even around 35 of this race, but his mastery of strategy and tires is crazy.
Hamilton is what I hope Max will one day; patient, calm and wet.
Verstappen and Leclerc have speed and talent, but their intellectual game is still there. Max could have won this race if he had been patient with Perez as with Albon. Leclerc threw the podium at the last corner.
I made a call for myself to blame Lewis for having the most productive car, that’s not the case this weekend. Red Bull, the most productive car (wet), Racing Point, the most productive car (in Inters). Hamilton rated ninth, however, his tire control and strategy earned him this race.
Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton, it’s probably the most productive education of your career and you deserve the number seven title.
Red Bull and Racing Point have the wrong strategy for Albon and Stroll. Putting the tires at internal temperature the race was almost impossible. Hamilton, I still settle for you being the CABRA.
Jack Cook: If there was any doubt that Lewis is the greatest of all time, today he proved he is.
Master driving in bad situations and without the car this weekend.
It’s an emotion to see you.

GoMcLaren: Sorry for Bottas, it’s never easy to be Hamilton’s teammate.
Bottas has shown that it can perform exceptionally well, but has not done so consistently.
People accuse him of being deceived, perhaps he is, but he has the right to do it in himself and re-check it, not to mention that he also contributed to Builder’s titles and deserves respect for it.
Jordan: So next year it’s Bottas scoring three, it’s time for you to start bringing your game A to the race, you’re closer to Hamilton in qualifying, but in the race you’re miles away and you have to paint on your tire handling. I’m afraid even if it’s another name on Hamilton’s bag.
BackStreetHero: He’s a warrior, kind of “never gives up,” he’s great and interesting. However, an undeniable demonstration of humility towards his teammate would not be too much.
Even if it’s for the cameras. It’s not an unusual courtesy, it’s a sport.
