The Coastal Empire High School Sports Awards, presented through Georgia Ports, are proud to announce the nominees for Flag Football Player of the Year. Winners will be announced at the live showcase on Friday, June 7 at the Johnny Mercer Theater in the Savannah Civic Center.
The exhibit is presented in collaboration with Chatham Orthopaedic Associates.
During the live show, athletes of the year will be honored in 23 state-sanctioned sports. In addition, the most productive teams, coaches and athletes will be honored, as will the winner of the Courage Award. Nominated athletes who RSVP will earn a single-priced ticket for the occasion, thanks to sponsors. We’ll have details on how to download more price tickets soon.

The Coastal Empire High School Sports Awards are part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, the nation’s largest school sports popularity program. This year, a local school will win a $1,000 donation to the athletic component of their school through our school spirit contest. . We’ll have details on how to vote for your school soon.
