Memphis football is not in the pre-season poll of Amway’s Top 25 Coaches

Memphis football finished last season in 17th place in Amway’s most recent coaching poll, its result. This love has not been reported in this season’s Top 25 pre-season survey.

The Tigers won 71 votes and were 30 overall in this season’s first vote, which was released on Thursday. Despite being the protective champions of AAFC and returning to their top quarterback, runner and receiver, the Tigers ranked third in convention schools.

Middle Florida ranked 21st and Cincinnati ranked 220th.

This is the fifth consecutive season that Memphis wins votes in the pre-season coaches poll. The Tigers are scheduled to start the season on September 5 in the state of Arkansas.

Clemson No. 1 in the survey, followed by Ohio, Alabama, Georgia and LSU.
