Olympique Lyonnais signed goalkeeper Lucas Perri and centre-back Adryelson on Friday. The Rhône club paid more than six million euros in those two deals.
This was expected from the start of the winter transfer window. On Friday, Olympique Lyonnais made official the arrival of Lucas Perri and Adryelson from Botafogo. For these two additions, Les Gones have agreed to hand over a cheque for more than six million euros. Added to this is a 50% share of profits in a long-term conceivable move. Both players signed a contract with the Rhône club until June 2028. They become the 25th and 26th Brazilian players in history to wear the OL shirt.
With these two signings, John Textor’s assets begin their winter transfer window. 15th in Ligue 1, OL will want their two reinforcements to maintain their position in the French elite. However, while Adryelson temporarily takes his place in Lyon’s central defence, Lucas Perri will have to wait until next summer to take the number one spot in the Les Gones squad. Meanwhile, the Brazilian foreigner is expected to play the role of Anthony Lopes’ backup in the second part of the season.
