The most productive groups in the MLS standings still don’t have curtains to showcase their performances, but if they continue to play as they are, they may be in the MLS Cup combo.
Sporting Kansas City has returned to the form that had been noticed over the past decade, winning 15 issues in six regular-season competitions in the Western Conference.
Columbus was expected to do so at the time of the year under Caleb Porter, but soon went from a playoff contender to a potential leader in the East.
The team and Sporting KC will face demanding situations with the resumption of Major League Soccer, which lately calls for each team to play six games until the weekend of September, but only a few have given the impression so far.
Toronto FC can boast of being the team that isn’t in the first place, and may be there in a few weeks if you take care of business north of the border.
Elsewhere in the MLS, LA Galaxy and Atlanta United recovered from brutal streaks in MLS is Back, while Nashville SC and FC Dallas slowly restarted after long layoffs and withdrawals from central Florida.

26. Nashville SC (previous classification: 24)
Little was expected of Nashville SC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday.
Gary Smith’s team had respectable functionality and surpassed moments of brilliance by Gonzalo “Pity” Martínez.
Nashville has no mercy on his team, however, he has reliable MLS veterans and beautiful attacking pieces who find themselves with more time in the field.
Stealing 4 issues from FC Dallas, a smart base block for resumption, but will have to rely on his defense to get a decent return from his game series against Orlando City, Inter Miami and Atlanta.
25. Colorado Rapids (previous classification: 22)
Let’s say something positive about the Colorado Rapids before tearing them apart: Robin Fraser had the intelligence to nevertheless throw Jonathan Lewis instead of relying on the 23-year-old to be a wonderful sub.
Well, now is the time of evil.
On Saturday, five goals were scored at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, and none were scored through Rapids players. Colorado’s only count is a purpose opposed to its RSL camp.
The Rapids have been defeated 6-1 through RSL in their two games this season. They still have opposition to their Rocky Mountain Cup rival on September 12.
24. FC Dallas (previous classification: 19)
Calling the FC Dallas attack is probably to say it.
With 270 minutes to go, Luchi González’s team failed at the bottom of the net.
That’s going to have to be a worrying number for a team that scored four times in their first two regular-season games in February and March, which turns out to be centuries ago.
The good news for FC Dallas is that they have the ability to shape their shape in the face of a purpose contrary to Colorado’s.
If your goalless streak continues in this match, then it’s time to raise considerations for a team that gets rid of rust after five months of rest.
23. Houston Dynamo (previous rating: 21)
Houston left home with no three problems or a purpose of his Clash at the Texas Derby with FC Dallas, but at least was more productive in the last third.
Dynamo hit six of their 17 shots as opposed to one-on-seven through their main rival.
The attack is not at its best, and it is a little disconcerting that a formation with Alberth Elis, Darwin Quintero and Christian Ramirez cannot produce a purpose in 90 minutes.
22. D.C. United (previous classification: 20)
A goalless draw as a home draw at FC Cincinnati is a satisfying result if you finish in the middle of the group at the Eastern Conference.
D.C. United can score a goal with some damaging kicks stopped in Julian Gressel’s boot and end up with a framed bachelor shot.
This is partly due to what FC Cincinnati has been doing in defence, however, the Blacks and Reds have to turn out to be able to break a defense or they can face a difficult sled against New England, Philadelphia and the New York Red Bulls. .
21. Vancouver Whitecaps (previous classification: 16)
Thomas Hasal, who caught our attention with his functionality in MLS is Back, made 12 saves in two games with Toronto FC at BMO Field.
The 21-year-old home goalkeeper kept the Whitecaps in Saturday’s game, which ended with a 1-0 win at TFC.
Vancouver will achieve greater effects with 3 of the next 4 games against Montreal.
Hasal has played well enough to keep the Caps in any game, and they have decent attack pieces that are starting to curd.
20. Chicago Fire (previous rating: 17)
Turns out a long time ago, when we rented Chicago for provoking Seattle at the start of the MLS, the level of organization is back.
If you’re a Fire fan, this is probably the game you need to communicate about right after they’ve run out of direction for the third consecutive contest.
Columbus, who is arguably the most productive team in the East, is nothing wrong with losing, but it’s frustrating to have an attack that hasn’t started yet and is expected to face the back setup of FC Cincinnati in two of the next three.
19. FC Cincinnati (previous classification: 15)
Jaap Stam did something no one expected a coach to do with FC Cincinnati: combine a competent side.
FC Cincinnati’s defensive change was notable under manchester United’s former central defender, and on Saturday he held another opponent without purpose.
Now that it’s transparent that the sophomore team has a respectable defense in place, they want to paint on the offensive team spirit to get 3 problems out of the games and put themselves on the table.
Adrien Regattin, Yuya Kubo and Jurgen Locadia showed some chemistry opposite D.C. United, and if that becomes targets in the next games, we can communicate about Cincy as a valid playoff contender.
18. Inter Miami (previous ranking: 26)
The Julian Carranza we expected to see exposed to THE MLS is Back was revealed in Inter Miami’s 3–2 win over Orlando City. The striker drove the expansion team’s first win with two goals in 11 minutes in the first half.
In addition to Carranza’s confidence in the last third, Rodolfo Pizarro intervened directly in two of the 3 positions.
It was a step in the right direction, but now Inter Miami will have to focus on cleaning up his defense before a game with Atlanta.
17. Atlanta United (previous classification: 23)
There are two tactics to investigate Atlanta’s victory over Nashville.
The first is that the Five Stripes put it on Frank De Boer and that Pity Martinez will be the dynamic game creator we expected from him.
The moment is that Atlanta surpassed the expansive look because it has higher quality and plays at home. Three issues opposed Nashville an expected outcome.
Regardless of how you look at Saturday’s victory, Atlanta, despite everything, has the momentum on its side.

In unpredictable MLS mode, the LA Galaxy entered Banc of California Stadium and overthrew LAFC.
The victory of El Traffic accompanied a couple of surprises: one bleached after granting six to LAFC in Orlando and the functionality of Julian Araujo.

Now, the challenge for Guillermo Barros Schelotto’s team is to reflect Saturday’s functionality in an equally complicated game off Seattle.
15. Montreal Impact (previous classification: 14)
The one-month layoff from Montreal ends Tuesday when he faces Vancouver.
The Impact opened their six-game Canadian team with home games opposed to the Whitecaps and Toronto FC. Due to the schedules of the 3 groups north of the border, the Impact will face Toronto FC three times in a row after receiving Vancouver.
14. New England Revolution (previous classification: 13)
New England has been consistent with its effects during six regular-season games, but 4 are disappointing, to say the least, for a team with their expectations.
Bruce Arena overhauled revolution’s list when he fired himself by adding Tommy McNamara and Kekuta Manneh to Matt Polster in his MLS veteran transport to midfield.
It will take time for those reinforcements to leave their mark on the lineup, but this will have to happen soon so that the Revs don’t lose too much floor in the East.
In their 0-0 draw with Philadelphia on Thursday, the Revs put one of their 15 on goal, a sign that they lack more than expected of the injured Carles Gil.
13. New York Red Bulls (previous classification: 18)
The New York Red Bulls won the purpose of the Hudson River Derby on Thursday after NYCFC goalkeeper Sean Johnson made a mistake.
Chris Armas’ team was most effective with 90-minute opportunities, scoring part of his 14 shots on purpose, while NYCFC struggled to position two of his eight attempts on goal.
No matter how the victory went, it’s a positive seasoning for the Red Bulls after their unforeseen elimination at the organization level in central Florida.
12. San Jose Earthquakes (Previous rating: 6)
San Jose returns to the box on Wednesday with an intriguing Portland war.
Matias Almeyda’s Quakes will have cooler legs than the Timbers, however, they will have fewer games in their belt after Portland won, MLS is back and played Sunday against Seattle.
11. New York City FC (previous classification: 10)
NYCFC landed on both sides of the effects 1-0 on his return to the game.
Johnson’s unfortunate mistake in the purpose led to the loss of problems opposed to the Red Bulls, and NYCFC recovered Monday with a win over Columbus.
Alexander Ring scored the only count in Monday’s win, which seemed a bit with nycFC’s game as a red Bull Arena home team for the first of many occurrences in 2020 due to unavailability at Yankee Stadium.
10. Los Angeles FC (previous classification: 4)
LAFC gave a reaction to its removal of MLS is Back which is the opposite of what many expected. The Black and Gold failed to reach the bottom of the net in an unexpected loss to a LA Galaxy team, beating four goals in Orlando.
LAFC may have looked like a motivated team after its disappointing departure from MLS is Back and with Carlos Vela back in the lineup.

8. Orlando City (previous rating: 2)
It would possibly be a new Orlando team, but it is still very likely that he will lose to his rivals.
Instead of falling to Atlanta United, as the Lions have done on several occasions, on Saturday they fell for the first time with Inter Miami.
One of the few positive aspects of the defeat was the move of Daryl Dike, who scored a goal in his first start after being elected fifth in the MLS 2020 SuperDraft overall standings.

6. Philadelphia Union (previous classification: 5)
The defense was the Philadelphia team’s consistent top this season.
The mix of the mark McKenzie and Jack Elliott power plants absorbed New England’s offensive tension and allowed a purpose shot at Gillette Stadium.
The only shot that hit Andre Blake was cancelled smoothly through the favorite to goalkeeper of the year.

Unfortunately for the team, they were unable to win for the fifth time in six games on Monday, as they fell 1-0 to NYCFC.
