Burnaby FC is about to take the stage in several divisions of British Columbia. football for the first time.

The organization has unveiled its new updated website and includes the player registration bureaucracy open for the fall and winter 2023-2024 seasons.

This includes athletes interested in U5 to U18 (excluding BCSPL) as well as adults.

Control of Burnaby FC encourages all existing members of Cliff Avenue United FC, Burnaby Girls CS and Wesburn FC, as new players, to sign up in black and gold.

Those who played in Division 2 and Division 3 U11 to U17 in 2022-23 can register now.

1st Division players born in 2006, 2007 and 2008 can register.

Those hoping to be placed on a Division 1 (U11 to U15) or Metro (U16 to U18) team will receive emails in early April about the team they want to sign up for.

Burnaby FC recently unveiled its inaugural jerseys.

The BCSPL/metro and department 1 jerseys for U16 to U18 feature a black house kit with the club in the center and gold Adidas stripes on the shoulder.

The same design on a white frame will be used for away matches.

The adult’s home/division and away jerseys are the same colour on either kit, but signature three Adidas stripes on the shoulders.

The club described its circle-shaped logo as a symbol of unity representing the Burnaby community, while the “B” is a direct reference to the city.

The eagle is a nod to the flag of the city of Burnaby, while its wings are part of the five clubs that have merged.

East Mountain United FC, Cliff Avenue United FC, Wesburn Football Club, Burnaby Girls Soccer and Burnaby District Metro Teams.

“Select a logo that reflects the most productive we were looking for to express as a club something we take very seriously and take the time and effort to get it right,” lead executive Morgan Quarry said in an earlier statement.

“Through collaboration between the original clubs, we have created a logo that our members and the Burnaby football network can proudly adopt and wear. “
