The recording of one of the maximum and unexpected appearances through public and notable figures from sectors in Nigeria was the recent rite of the Igbere TV Leadership Excellence Awards held in Abuja at Sheraton Hotels and Towers on December 10, 2020.

Speaking in the rite of award ceremony in his acceptance speech, the former president, whose Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation awarded the “Foundation of the Year,” thanked Nigerians for their nomination and votes, while wishing Igbere TV a great fortune in their efforts.
“I would like to thank the Nigerians who voted overwhelmingly for the Olusegun Obasanjo Foundation to be the Foundation of the Leadership Awards for Excellence 2020,” he said, with special thanks to the organizers of the Award occasion for their contribution.
