Offer arrives for Chelsea Star to move as Dortmund Switch Deal emerges

Chelsea have won an be offering from Borussia Dortmund for Renato Veiga, whilst communicate of an exciting prospective switch deal with Borussia Dortmund ace Karim Adeyemi has sparked a response.

Veiga only joined Chelsea last summer, with the Blues paying FC Basel £12m (€14. 2m/$14. 6. 6m) to indicate a seven-year deal. However, the defender – who can play on the left or as a centre – has only played seven Premier League games, as he is necessarily a component of Enzo Maresca’s backup line.

In recent weeks the speculation that the 21 -year -old could leave Stamford Bridge has increased. In fact, the German giant Dortmund has become the most likely to break it.

According to Sky Germany, Dortmund have “submitted an offer” to sign Veiga this month.

The bid is centred around an initial loan which includes the option for Dortmund to buy in the summer, should Veiga impress during a six-month spell in the Bundesliga.

The Dortmund is willing to pay triple the loan for the Portugal International to cover its full salary, which is said to be around £ 25,000 per week.

Chelsea is “evaluating” the offer of the Dortmund and the negotiations between the two are “ongoing. “

It emerged on Sunday that Veiga has reached a “full agreement” with BVB on non-public terms. And on Monday it was revealed that Dortmund have promised that Veiga will be able to play more in his central defender position, so he is open to a transfer.

TEAMtalk contributor Ben Jacobs has stated that Chelsea would ideally like to pick up £20m (€23.7m / $24.4m) when selling Veiga as they try to make a profit.

With Chelsea’s Adeyemi long overdue, the hypothesis has emerged in Germany that a breaker deal, or a player-plus-money deal, involving Veiga can be made.

Telegraph journalist Matt Law cooled those rumors by stating that Chelsea are “not negotiating” for Adeyemi this month or the summer.

Adeyemi is on Chelsea’s list and they can make a loan that he offers in case “more happens”. However, the German is a priority target for Maresca as it stands.

Chelsea are in the market for a new overall striker, as they need to upgrade Christopher Nkunku if he leaves for Bayern Munich.

The blues have given Nkunku a value of 65 million pounds sterling (76. 9 million euros/79. 3 million dollars) and have also had conversations with Bayern about a possible movement for Mathys Tel.

Meanwhile, Chelsea need to strengthen their defensive options and are in active talks with Crystal Palace to re-sign Marc Guehi, sources have confirmed to TEAMtalk.

Chelsea have already recalled Trevoh Chalobah from his Palace loan and they will now try to reunite him with Guehi in West London.

Palace are looking to extend Guehi’s contract beyond June 2026, but the player knows that he has put himself in a position to move this month or summer.

Maresca seeks to review its defense and let Tosin Adarabioyo and Axel Disasi speak with interested clubs.

Maresca believes Tosin matches his formula, although the 27-year-old was at Chelsea until last summer.

Tosin preselected through Brighton & Hove Albion and other Premier League clubs, while Disasi is followed through groups in Italy and Germany.
