Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers sealed Fabio Silva’s signing from Porto tonight.
Silva, 18, has long been one of the most productive young talents in Portuguese football.
The teenage striker has excelled at the youth point with Porto, scoring 20 goals in just 26 appearances with the club’s under-19 team, has covered several years above his age group.
This in the end led Silva to the constant arrival in the ranks of the first team of the Primeira Liga giants for the first time this season.
And the prodigious young man temporarily broke several club records, fitting into the youngest player in Porto’s rich history, before locating the net against Famalicao, the youngest goalscorer in the Dragoes.
In total, Silva made 24 appearances in 2019/20, contributing to five goals in the process.

However, such stellar feats at such a young age would inevitably lead Silva to arouse the interest of some of the heavyweights of European football.
And, as we mentioned above, almost unexpectedly, one of those Premier Leagues has now stung the striker’s signature.
The club is Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In an article recently published on the club’s social media platforms, Wolves showed that they had secured Silva’s under a record contract with the club, which is said to be worth around 40 million euros.
The teenager put the pen on the paper on a five-year contract at Molineux:
