Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opened up on the selection difficulties that he is currently faced with, to ensure harmony is maintained throughout his in-form squad.
The Red Devils are set to return to action on Monday night, when they welcome Ralph Hasenhüttl’s men to Old Trafford.
United will of course head into proceedings as English football’s most in-form side.
After putting Aston Villa to the sword by 3 goals to nil on Thursday, the Manchester giants made it 17 games unbeaten across all competitions.

This run includes 5 straight wins across all competitions, with Solskjaer’s men now just a solitary point off the Premier League’s top-4.
As such, if Leicester fail to pick up all 3 points versus Bournemouth tomorrow, and United, as expected, down Southampton, the Red Devils will finally reestablish themselves amongst the Premier League’s Champions League spots.
Ahead of his side’s meeting with the Saints, though, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has this weekend opened up on the selection headache that his side’s recent brilliance has brought about.
The Norwegian tactician has opted for the same starting XI in all of United’s last 4 league outings, the kind of stability which has been unheard of at Old Trafford over recent years:

Solskjaer, though, is fully aware that a balance is needed, whereby those ‘champing at the bit’ for game-time are not left unsettled, whilst maintaining the ‘rhythm’ built up by those most in form:
‘There’s so many things you have to consider when you manage a team.’
‘We’ve got players here champing at the bit, but also those that are in the rhythm. There are loads of decisions, but they make it easier by playing and performing well.’
