OM in a crack of the East!

Olympique de Marseille is no longer too much in their (former) captain Dimitri Payet. The contract of the latter will end next June and the end would be towards a separation. The reunionés could, yes, put the command of the club, as provided in its existing lease.

Marseille officials did not wait for Payet’s adventure at the Velodrome to end to hunt for a replacement. If we had data from La Gazzetta dello Sport, they would be interested in a promising Armenian midfielder named Eduard Spertsyan.

Spertsyan, 22, plays for Russian club Krasnodar. He scored 18 goals in 55 matches. In October 2020, he became the youngest Armenian to play a Champions League match (against Chelsea), surpassing his illustrious compatriot Henirkh Mkhitaryan. The two players also rub shoulders with the national team as the cadet has already made 15 appearances abroad.

According to transfermarkt, the market price of Spertsyan is 9 million euros. An award that is within the success of the runner-up of clubs in France. Pablo Longoria, however, would be better off not missing his shot. After the failure Vitinha (recruited for € 31M), the president of Marseille plays his constant in this file.
