Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are looking to hear who may have interacted with two other people charged with first-degree murder and sexual assault in eastern Ontario.
Marcel Lapensee, 56, of Carleton Place, and Samantha Osborne, 23, of Iroquois, each face one count of first-degree murder in connection with the death of 50-year-old Rose Kerwin, whose body was discovered in the Mississippi River in Pakenham. November 12, 2023.

The two men also face sexual assault charges in a separate case in Carleton Place, Ontario. This was reported to the police on November 15, 2023.
The OPP said in a news release Tuesday that investigators were likely to have more victims. The defendants allegedly used online pseudonyms, adding “Maxx POWER” and “Sammi. “
The fees have been proven in court.
Ontario Provincial Police also said Tuesday that they are searching for Kerwin’s vehicle.
The 50-year-old Carleton Place woman reported her missing on Nov. 13, 2023, a day after her body was found in the river. Police did not confirm that Kerwin was there until Nov. 17.
Kerwin’s car, a blue 2013 Mazda GX four-door sedan with Ontario registration CSXW 383, is missing.
