New England Patriots special coach Cody Davis missed his consecutive practice moment on Thursday, wondering about his for Sunday’s game with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Davis, who repeated Nate Ebner as the New England kicker protector, injured his ribs with a kick in the game in the Patriots’ victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.
The security veteran has played 80. 3% of the Patriots’ special team shots this season, tied with top supporter Brandon Copeland of the team.
Five players were limited in Practice on Thursday: Shaq Mason Base, Open Receiver Julian Edelman, offensive part Sony Michel, Isaiah Wynn offensive takeover and Adam Butler’s defensive takeover.
Mason (calf) was the only new addition to the injury report. Edelman, Michel, Wynn and Butler were also limited on Wednesday.
