Pavan insists Juventus remain a club in crisis despite winning the Coppa Italia

Juventus are looking for redemption after their weekend loss to Lazio, and they did so with a 2-0 win in the Coppa Italia last night.

The Bianconeri were in poor form and the defeat to Lazio at the weekend added to the team’s frustrations.

A fair functionality in the moment was the key to Juventus’ victory, a result that undoubtedly brought joy to most of their fans.

But does this mean that their crisis is over? Massimo Pavan does not think so and states, quoted by Tuttojuve:

“Anyone who thinks the typhoon has passed is a fool, the timing was good, but the road is long. Let’s start by winning against Fiorentina and then the derthrough and we’re going to communicate it again, we have to locate the compactness in defense, like tonight and then the goals of the strikers, the medicine is not complicated, but we want the determination to be noticed in the second half.

Juve FC says

We can’t let a win make us see how bad our season has been over the last two months.

Players can use this win as a catalyst to get more, but we can’t think we’re in a better position now just because of this game.
