The Liverpool Wheel has been a landmark in the city for many years, but now it turns out it is being dismantled.
Photos taken showed the Liverpool Wheel frame, at the city’s water’s edge, still standing, but the individual capsules carrying consumers covered underneath.
It is known at this level whether the deconstruction of the wheel is transient or permanent.
