Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg set to undergo Tottenham medical on Monday

Reports have begun to circulate on Monday morning that Southampton’s Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is set to undergo a medical at Tottenham today.

Hojbjerg joined Southampton in 2016 from FC Bayern Munich after failing to secure the German backing back.

The Saints reportedly paid just over a thirteen million pounds for the midfielder, a payment that turned out to be a bargain.

In total, Hojbjerg played 134 times for the Southeast team, in which he scored five and helped six.

Said goal return might not like sound like an awful lot for a midfielder, but the Dane’s game is less about goal contributions and more about recovering the ball and starting off attacking moves for his side.

Hojbjerg also possesses all the qualities of a high-level leader and, despite only 25 years, was, until recently, the captain of Southampton.

Hojbjerg would be ruled out as captain through Ralph Hasenhuttl because he signaled a new contract with his last contract less than a year ahead.

Hojbjerg is also a fringe player in the final games of the season.

This has naturally led to the hypothesis that Hojbjerg will travel this summer with several of the most sensitive teams, adding Manchester City, Everton and Tottenham, who are expected to hire former Bayern player.

However, he would be the last of the teams that appeared to be in pole position to take over Hojbjerg, however, David Ornstein recently claimed that the Southampton star is about to point out to the Lilywhites a down payment of 15 million pounds over a five-year period. Contract. Kyle-Walker Peters is also expected to go in the opposite direction for 12 million pounds, meaning the Spurs are necessarily paying 3 million pounds for the midfielder.

On Monday, a new progression in Hojbjerg’s signing to Tottenham gave the impression that resources confirm that he will now pass by a doctor with northern Londoners.
