HOWELL, New Jersey – A guy of Howell charged with child pornography property will be held on bail for violating the terms of a former probation charge, Monmouth County Superior Court Justice Paul X said Thursday. Escandón.
At a video convention hearing in Monmouth County Jail, Howell resident Thomas Vilanova, 49, was convicted of violating the probation rate for allegedly watching child pornography while on parole for an earlier child pornography conviction, as originally reported through Asbury Park Press.
Escandón agreed to release the father of 3 children, 49, with restrictions on internet use and unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 18, unless she is his daughter. However, it was also that Vilanova would be detained without bail due to non-compliance with the terms of his probation.

According to Asbury Park Press, Monmouth County Deputy District Attorney Stephanie Dugan said probation officials who were tracking Vilanova’s internet use as a condition of her probation had discovered photographs of child sexual abuse. Vilanova could face up to 15 years in prison.
Howell’s first arrest for child pornography property took place in 2015, around the same time he also rated with $40,000 embezzlement of the Howell Girls Softball League, where he is treasurer. One of the fraudulent transactions used to register bail a “pre-arrest” on the child pornography property fee, according to press reports.
Howell was sentenced to 4 years of probation after pleading guilty to any of the offences in 2017.
Vilanova’s suggestion noted that the defendant had gained mental suggestions for five years, the coronavirus pandemic prevented him from attending individual sessions.
A hearing on the case is scheduled for October 30. A separate hearing to determine if it deserves to be released before that date is scheduled for October 23.
