The allegation comes from a possible male staffer who claims the disgraced congressman sexually harassed him a week ago.

Derek Myers sent a letter to the house’s ethics committee saying Santos “insisted that I sit next to him on a small couch” at the workplace and “placed his hand on my left leg near my knee. “

Myers says Santos “took his hand and moved it down my leg to the inside of my thigh and touching my groin. “

Myers says that Santos asked him to come over that night.

The letter to the ethics committee also accused Santos’ crusade of falsely claiming that Myers volunteered while his documents as a salaried worker were being processed.

Myers says that after the harassment incident, his paintings were canceled.

Santos told a newspaper he had considerations because Myers accused him of wiretapping last year.
