The new term will begin just 90 days after the conclusion of the 2023/24 campaign, with new teams, kits and players, as well as restored rivalries.

The 2024/25 Premier League season kicks off on Friday, August 16.
The crusade will take place over 33 weekends, 4 weekday rounds and a week of physical exercise.
The Premier League said that, in a bid to cope with the “busy Christmas and New Year schedule”, teams will be given more rest time in 3 of the festive rounds of matches, with no club playing within 60 hours of matchmaking.
The last series of matches will be played on Sunday, May 25. All matches will start at the same time.
The Community Shield will take place on Saturday, August 10, the Carabao Cup final on Sunday, March 16, and the FA Cup final on Saturday, May 17.
The Champions League final will take place on Saturday, May 31. The Europa League final will be played on Wednesday 21 May in Bilbao and the UEFA Conference League final a week later on Wednesday 28 May.
The 2024 Premier League summer window officially opened on Friday, June 14.
The window will be Friday, August 30 at 11 p. m. UK time.
The Premier League has brought forward the deadline to register for Europe’s other primary leagues. The final dates have been set after conversations with the leagues of England, Germany, Italy, Spain and France.
The mid-season break was also removed from the calendar to allow for a mid-August Premier League start date.
According to the FIFA men’s fitness calendar, breaks are scheduled for September 1-9, October 6-14 and November 10-18, 2024 for England’s new Nations League campaign.
There will be another pause from March 23 to 31, 2025, when qualifying for the 2026 World Cup begins.
The third round of the FA Cup will take place on the weekend of January 10-11 and the final will be played on Saturday, May 17.

From 2025, Sky Sports will broadcast a minimum of 215 Premier League matches per season after agreeing a new four-year deal.
