REAL MADRID have reportedly made a sensational move for Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish giants have been strongly linked with the Frenchman throughout the last two summer transfer windows.
In 2022, Los Blancos felt they had reached an agreement to sign him, only for Mbappé to surprise them by signing a two-year extension with PSG.
Mbappe, 24, is back in the final year of his contract at the Parc des Princes.
It was expected that this time he would sign for Real Madrid.
But according to Spanish outlet Cadena Ser, LaLiga will NOT make any moves for him.
They claim that Real Madrid deem Mbappe’s salary demands to be too high.
It has been reported that the French striker is not easily earning at least £330,000 a week in Madrid.
On the other hand, Jude Bellingham is said to earn £150,000 per week.
The report also claims that Mbappe will be TOO OLD for Madrid chiefs’ liking.
He is expected to turn 25 next month, and Real Madrid have prioritised big wins from young players in recent windows.
It is also claimed that Madrid’s leaders are aware of the fans’ reaction against Mbappe.
Many supporters were left upset by Mbappe’s decision to renew his deal with PSG two summers ago.
Asked for comment after his side’s 3-0 Champions League win over Braga tonight, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said: “I’m not going to answer that about Mbappe. “
Madrid’s stance is set to put Premier League teams on red alert.
Liverpool are said to be able to reach a sensational deal after six years of talks with Mbappe’s side.
Manchester United, Newcastle and Chelsea would also be likely to covet a deal.
While extra time is not yet ruled out at PSG.
