News about Manchester United’s transfers is intriguing, and that will be the case doubly this summer as manager Erik ten Hag prepares for his key season at Old Trafford.

[ VIDEO: Premier League research ]

Once the Red Devils once again had Champions League football to offer after completing third place in the Premier League this season, they now want to start the final 14-point hole between them and three-time defending champions (and rowdy neighbours) Manchester City.

Last summer, Man United added Lisandro Martinez, Tyrell Malacia, Casemiro and Christian Eriksen and added loan players Marcel Sabitzer and Wout Weghorst to their team in January.

So what’s next?

[ TRANSFER NEWS: Liverpool | Chelsea | Tottenham | City of Man | Arsenal]

Below, we’ve compiled the latest offers, reports and rumours, and provide our research into the news of Manchester United’s moves, as Joe Prince-Wright (JPW), Nicholas Mendola (NM) and Andy Edwards (AE) join them on an eventful month.

A report from our UK partners on Sky Sports indicates that Manchester United will point to a trio of England internationals: Harry Kane, Mason Mount and Declan Rice.

“Manchester United will be looking to single out Harry Kane, Declan Rice and Mason Mount this summer. His number one target is Kane. This is the player Erik ten Hag needs the most. They will point to the 3 players and it all depends on what happens with the purchase. Kane, Rice and Mount are precisely the kind of characters Ten Hag needs in his dressing room.

It is clear that Kane will be United’s main target, as Erik ten Hag has spoken about signing a new striker and this is his main transfer wish. It’s hard to see Tottenham promoting Kane to a direct rival in Manchester United’s top four for less than $130 million, even with the termination of Kane’s contract. Having said that, will you take that cash this summer and rebuild it?Or will it let it loose in the summer of 2024?

So, Declan Rice will actually be his next big target, as those 3 players only have one year left on their contract. Europe’s most productive two-way central midfielders under the age of 25. Rice’s close friend is Mason Mount and he obviously doesn’t want to sign a new contract at Chelsea, so he may be the cheapest option of the 3. Everything depends on the acquisition of Manchester United, but if, as expected, they qualify for the Champions League, signing two of those 3 players would be a great improvement on their current characteristics and would give them quality, intensity and fun in midfield and attack. The first pick would be Kane and Rice, but Kane and Mount would still be pretty decent. (JPW)

A Times report says Manchester United are looking to sign Denmark and Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund. The 20-year-old has scored seven goals in 29 games for Atalanta and the report says he could be available for $50 million this summer. Hojlund’s taste for the game matches what United expect from their forwards and their speed, technical ability and height will give them other characteristics in attack.

According to the report, Manchester United will continue to sign Harry Kane this summer, but they also need the arrival of Hojlund to give Erik ten Hag more attacking options. in the most sensible 10.

Stop us if you’ve heard this before. . .

L’Equipe says Manchester United are in a position to pursue Juventus’ Adrien Rabiot for a season after missing the French midfielder last summer.

Rabiot, 28, has 8 goals and 3 assists this season and his complex measures are very much in ball progression, jumps and defense.

In fact, Erik ten Hag will be looking for his intensity in midfield alongside 31-year-old Casemiro. Could Rabiot be a smart candidate? (NEW MEXICO)

Tottenham’s 6-1 defeat to Newcastle this weekend severely undermined the club’s top four plans and Manchester United might look like the best time to strike in their search for a striker.

United have been connected with Harry Kane for some time and Kane will have to question his long career with Cristian Stellini, the new Tottenham manager to be sacked through Daniel Levy, and the move comes because former boss Mauricio Pochettino is Chelsea’s favourite job.

(command-c, command-v) Kane, 29, is heading into the final year of his Tottenham contract and is seen as a target for Bayern Munich and others. United would also make sense here, as a new centre forward is at the bottom of the list. (NM)

Young Dutch foreigners Jeremie Frimpong can simply return to Manchester for a blouse of a different colour to that of their young people.

Frimpong, 22, rose through the ranks at Manchester City and exploded onto the scene with a season at Celtic in 2019.

The youngster was inspired by 1. 5 seasons at Glasgow, winning a treble in the Premiership, Scottish Cup and League Cup before joining Bayer Leverkusen midway through the 2020-21 season.

He’s on fire this season, with 8 goals and six assists. His ball progression figures are almost 2. 5 seasons with the Bundesliga side, and Ten Hag would also have looked to bring him to Old Trafford last summer. (NM)

Benfica and Portugal striker Goncalo Ramos has one of Manchester United’s main targets this summer. According to a report from Record in Portugal, United are keen to single out Ramos as they want a new player to lead their attack. According to the report, Ramos has $130 million in his contract. Given that Manchester United would have to pay a similar payment for Harry Kane and that a deal for Kane would prove very complicated given Spurs’ reluctance to sell a Premier League rival, perhaps a move for 21-year Ramos is more feasible?

It would be compatible with his philosophy of buying young emerging skills like Jadon Sancho and Antony in recent windows and Ramos’ taste in play would suit Erik ten Hag and United well. With Anthony Martial’s injury problems this season and Wout Weghorst set to return to Burnley at the end of his summer loan, only Marcus Rashford is there to lead the charge. While it is more productive to start on the left, signing a new striker is therefore a priority for ETH this summer and Ramos has enough experience at a very young age, but also emerging with plenty of room for improvement, to recommend, would be the most productive option in the long term. (JPW)

Kouadio “Manu” Kone is connected with a move to Manchester United as the Reds look to revitalise their midfield with a player who possibly wouldn’t turn 22 until May.

Kone made his debut at Toulouse as a teenager and settled once the club was relegated to Ligue 2 for the 2020–21 season.

His performances there earned him a move to Borussia Dortmund, where the central midfielder is a normal contributor as a dribbler and competitive tackler.

Fabrizio Romano has said Man United will face Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea for the signing of the French Under-21 star. (NM)

Watford left-back Harry Amest is on the fast track to Hornets success but would possibly live in Manchester United’s academy over the first team at 16 (?!).

Amass is an England Under-15 and Under-16 squad who was left on the bench for Watford against Reading in an FA Cup match in January.

The London Evening Standard says Amass’s idea that a Champions League average would be a better position for his growth, and that Manchester United gets his signature from Chelsea. (NM)

Regarding our latest update, Manchester United being connected with nine-figure strikers may not be unusual until they resolve their centre forward challenges.

Bild, Sky Sports, reports that United will offer around $145 million to Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt. The 24-year-old striker scored his first senior goal for France when he added Les Bleus’ goal of the moment in a 2-0 win over Morocco. He has five international caps.

Kolo Muani’s star has been more successful in the last three seasons. He joined Nantes at the age of 17 and went on loan in the National Championship before scoring nine Ligue 1 goals and eight assists two seasons ago and scoring 12 goals in his current season.

Kolo Muani went on to score for Eintracht Frankfurt and his exceptional first season in Germany. He has 16 goals and 14 assists in all competitions and Eintracht have qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League (where they look destined to dive after Wednesday’s game). in Napoli, where it is down 2-0).

FBRef. com points to Kolo Muani as an elite ball carrier for a centre forward, but the value is surely huge. Having said that, $100 million is the new $50 million. Rich. (NEW MEXICO)

Imagine Manchester United attacking 3 of Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Antony, sitting Harry Kane.

Come on, right? This will give any backline some time, and the Manchester Evening News says Erik ten Hag has prioritised Kane for a summer move.

Kane, 29, is heading into the final year of his Tottenham contract as Spurs look for a smart bet to maintain their position in the top four and give Kane a return to the Champions League.

But Kane has also been strongly linked with a move to Bayern Munich: leaving Tottenham, leaving north London without arousing as much internal anger from a club and fan base that have earned him such dedication.

It reports that Anthony Martial will leave United this summer.

Could you see Kane at Old Trafford dressed in a house shirt? The power forward has been as important a finisher as any Premier League player not named Erling Haaland. Kane has 22 goals in 27 Premier League games, not far behind Haaland, speaking, 32 in 25. (NM)

Manchester United have connected with several players this weekend, adding to the long-time target Lautaro Martinez, but the greatest warmth may be under Celta Vigo’s Gabri Veiga’s bout.

Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Man Utd are reportedly chasing the 20-year-old, a wizard of ball transport with an eye for goal.

Veiga has 8 goals, 3 assists and 46 shooting moves in 22 LaLiga games with Celta, where he plays as an attacking midfielder and has been promoted in the Spanish U-18 and U-21 teams. (NM)

The unexpected moves between Munich and Manchester would probably not be limited to Joao Cando’s move abroad.

Marcel Sabitzer may end his frustrating spell at Bayern Munich by heading to Manchester United, as the Austrian is reportedly dissatisfied with his use at Bayern.

That resolution makes perfect sense now that Christian Eriksen will be out at least until April with an injury, and Sabitzer will most likely be released to make more risky passes. He played a more defensive role at Bayern.

A difficult midfielder who likes to move the ball forward and get the ball in complex points, Sabitzer can be a masterstroke of Erik ten Hag. (NM)

Denzel Dumfries had a brilliant World Cup (USMNT enthusiasts would arguably still be haunted by his call) and can now head to the Premier League.

Tutto Mercato says Inter Milan are in talks with Manchester United about the Dutch right-winger joining compatriot Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.

The price? $40 million to $42 million.

One explanation for why this is rare is that Diogo Dalot has become Ten Hag’s favourite and lately occupies the right flank with Aaron Wan-Bissaka as his replacement. Of course, Ten Hag needs depth, but Dumfries will not leave Inter Milan to be a substitute.

https://www. tuttomercatoweb. com/serie-a/tmw-inter-dumfries-puo-partire-con-un-offerta-da-40-milioni-sondaggi-di-chelsea-e-united-1779776

It’s done. According to our UK partners at Sky Sports, Wout Weghorst terminated his loan deal with Besiktas, finished his medical and officially joined Manchester United on loan. from Burnley to summer. Erik ten Hag looked for an additional striker and the 30-year-old Dutch striker is his man. Weghorst will give United something completely different and their heist game suits their taste in the game very well. (JPW/AE)

Granted, that’s pretty wild, but reports from Turkish journalist Gokhan Dinc imply that Wout Weghorst is willing to pay the repayment to Besiktas so he can break his loan deal with them and Manchester United. That’s right, the 30-year-old Dutchman. The striker will rummage through his pocket to pay the termination payment to the Turkish giants who have a deal with Burnley to loan him this season. While Manchester United upgrade Weghorst and need to loan him until the summer, the striker is desperate to sign up for the Red Devils and even bid farewell to Besikta enthusiasts after scoring his last goal for them. It’s fast converting, but Weghorst was photographed educating with Besiktas in footage released on Tuesday, so it looks like there’s still a bit of a way to pass on this one. (JPW)

Turkish giants Besiktas issued a statement saying there will be no imminent move from Burnley to Manchester United for their loaned striker Wout Weghorst. They added that reports suggesting it is imaginable to withdraw Weghorst from his $3 million loan contract are far from the truth. The striker is United’s subject of great interest on loan until the end of the season as Erik ten Hag looks to bolster his attacking options.

Weghorst is lately on loan to Besiktas from Burnley, but the Turkish Super Lig side needs a refund if Burnley calls him, and then heads to United. The 30-year-old Dutch foreigner has scored 8 goals in 16 league games for Besiktas this season and they are incredibly reluctant to let him go. Weghorst will give United an aerial risk at the top, plus he can hold the ball, tie the game in combination and Erik ten Hag knows him incredibly well. According to a report from ESPN, Weghorst is the short-term solution and this summer, United will try to sign Harry Kane, Benjamin Sesko or Victor Osimhen. This trio are the long-term characteristics for United to build their attack, but in the meantime they want to bring up a striker who is something else from what they already have and who can help them in the League Cup, FA Cup, Europa League and Premier League Grind. (JPW)

Earlier this week, Erik ten Hag made Manchester United’s intentions clear in January: “We are looking for a striker,” he said. The Red Devils are reportedly in talks with Burnley about Dutch striker Wout Weghorst, who is most recently on loan at Besiktas. To facilitate a move to Old Trafford, transitory or otherwise, Burnley deserve to call Weghorst from his loan spell in Turkey. (EA)

According to The Telegraph, Jack Butland, 29, is in talks to sign for Manchester United. Butland is lately Crystal Palace’s backup goalkeeper, but with Martin Dubravka called up via Newcastle United from his loan to Manchester United, the Reds want an extra goalkeeper to update David de Gea if he wishes. Lately they have Tom Heaton as their other choice of goalkeeper.

Butland is a foreigner from England who suffered a serious ankle injury just as he was trying to become England’s No. 1, but was still part of the 2018 World Cup squad. He was relegated to Stoke City just before the World Cup and struggled with it in the league before moving to Crystal Palace in 2020 to review and revive his career. He has six months left on his contract at Palace and remains Vicente Guaita in the pecking order, so swapping a replacement role at Palace for a replacement role at United is a pretty decent decision. Butland will likely play in the FA Cup, League Cup and maybe some Europa League games for United and with David de Gea’s future uncertain, perhaps a position will open up for him to fully revive his career. ? (JPW)

With a more sensible four at hand, Erik ten Hag showed Manchester United’s most sensible precedence in January: a striker.

“We’re here for offensive players. We are for a striker. We are still on the market, but it has to conform to sporting criteria, but also to monetary criteria. We’re doing what we can to bring in the players we need. “

Talk of a new centre forward at Manchester United was commonplace even before he cut ties with Cristiano Ronaldo, another left winger (who, mind you, also plays centre forward)?

Rennes striker Martin Terrier, who scores for free, is reportedly a target for both United and Tottenham Hotspur, as the two clubs have reportedly begun talks with the Ligue 1 side regarding the 25-year-old. Price? It would start around $38 million.

Terrier has an average in the Ligue 1 scoring chart, scored 21 goals last season and has already scored 8 in 14 games this season. He has scored 3 goals in the Europa League and has also provided 11 assists in all competitions since the start of last season. .

Very strong in the air and a smart passer to start with, Terrier is an expected monster of goals and assists who can mix with Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial (plus others) to hang out in Premier League defences. The challenge is, is it possible that he also has compatibility with Harry Kane and Tottenham?Antonio Conte would be in the case. (NEW MEXICO)

UPDATE: Gakpo has signed for Liverpool

PSV Eindhoven retained youngster Cody Gakpo this summer and the Dutch club set out to reap the rewards as they record the club’s move fees.

It would be a challenge for Man United if it were valuable to Gakpo, which has been valued at more than $50 million and that payout has not been a factor in the past. According to talkSPORT, United are “desperate” to sign Gakpo in January.

There are some Robin van Persie qualities in the 23-year-old’s game, but Gakpo hopes to locate the heights of RVP and reflect them more on his career.

Gakpo stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and comes off the left wing, scoring 3 goals in five appearances at the 2022 World Cup.

The Dutch star has an almost absurd total of goals and 12 assists in 14 minutes of the Eredivisie this young season, scoring 3 more goals and two assists in the Europa League.

He would sign Lisandro Martinez, Antony and Tyrell Malacia as imports from the Dutch elite. (NM)

Note the vocal: This is Diego Costa, now with Wolves.

No, it’s Diogo Costa, who was Portugal’s goalkeeper in the recently concluded World Cup in Qatar and who made headlines at Old Trafford.

But the Red Devils are expected to wait until the summer, according to a report translated via Sky Sports, and will have to pay gigantic sums in Porto.

According to Portuguese media outlet Correio da Manha, Costa will be allowed to leave Porto in January and any move in the summer will require United to pay the full 75 million euros (£65 million) to release him.

The 23-year-old Swiss has 11 caps for Portugal and has allowed six goals in five games in Qatar. Costa played for Portugal in grades U15-U21 and also played for the Olympic team.

Outside

Erik ten Hag said he expected Cristiano Ronaldo to remain at Manchester United as the transfer deadline approached, while the Dutch coach also showed winger Antony and goalkeeper Martin Dubravka would be United’s last business in the summer window.

Ronaldo, 37, has been linked to a game all summer because it is believed he wanted to go ahead and play for a Champions League team. However, no deal was made for him and Erik ten Hag and United have said they need Ronaldo to stay. It looks like they can win this war, as the only real features left are the loan of Sporting Lisbon and Napoli, and even those two deals seem very difficult to conclude with just over 24 hours to do so in the summer window.

“It’s clear, of course. We want quality players,” Erik ten Hag said when asked about Ronaldo’s time at United. “You want more to cover all the games with consistency, that’s what we’re looking for. “

If he doesn’t leave, let’s see how Ronaldo reacts to being played a bit at United in the coming months. . . (JPW)

Brazilian winger Antony, 22, will soon be on his way to Manchester for his medical check-up, according to Fabrizio Romano. After United and Ajax, despite everything, agreed to a $100 million payment (after a little nudge from Antony when he expressed his preference to leave the Amsterdam club), Antony is now in a position to head to Manchester to complete the formalities of this big deal. Do United want a winger? Probably not. But the arrival of Antony would bring up some other attacking player capable of betting on the front line and United’s forward line would become even more flexible. (JPW)

Man United announced on Friday that an agreement had been reached with Casemiro and Real Madrid, with the 30-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder due to move to Old Trafford at the end of his medical checks. Casemiro recently held talks with the Real Madrid hierarchy. And he indicated that he “wants a new challenge” at this level of his career. Casemiro’s contract will reportedly earn him just under $450,000 a week ($23. 4 million a year), marking a significant investment in a vital position as Erik ten Hag attempts to right a capricious ship. The move payment would be $70. 9 million, with another $11. 8 million imaginable in add-ons. (EA)

– Manchester United (@ManUtd) August 19, 2022

Sergiño Dest is not wanted through Barcelona’s current coach Xavi, not to mention that the club wishes to get rid of unsought wages in the worst way imaginable, making the 21-year-old USMNT incredibly available. The only problem, at least so far, is that Dest doesn’t necessarily need to leave Catalonia. Now, according to a report via The Independent’s Miguel Delaney, Manchester United and new manager Erik ten Hag are “making progress” on a deal to bring Dest to Old Trafford. Dest played two seasons with Ten Hag at Ajax, from 2019 to 2021. (EA)

— Miguel Delaney (@MiguelDelaney) August 19, 2022

Reports that Christian Pulisic is a loan target for Manchester United are swirling, however, the BBC and Sky Sports are highly unlikely to loan the USMNT star to United. For what? Well, Chelsea don’t need to bolster a potential opponent in the top four by allowing the 23-year-old to sign up for them. According to the most recent reports, Chelsea would prefer to sell Pulisic as part of a permanent contract or they might need him. to enlarge your contract with them before lending it out so that your market price remains high. United, or any other club, is unlikely to pay what Chelsea needs for Pulisic, as the American winger has just under two years left on his contract and the Blues would like to recoup the maximum of the $70 million they paid for him in 2019. (JPW)

According to a report by David Ornstein of The Athletic, the main target of Manchester United’s move is now Real Madrid’s Casemiro. The 30-year-old Brazilian midfielder has been a star at Real for the past nine years, winning five UEFA Champions League titles and his prestige as a Real legend is undeniable as he has incorporated Toni Kroos and Luka Modric very well. According to the report, United have presented Casemiro with outsized salaries and see him as the key to rebuilding Erik ten Hag, as he would give the team defensive stability in midfield. The midfielder is also reportedly keen to move (he has been presented with a five-year contract that is expected to almost double his salary) and has only 3 years left on his current contract at Real Madrid. Casemiro is believed to collect about $70 million.

Would Casemiro be suitable? Of course I would. He interrupted the game, introduced attacks, and ruled the engine room. However, he is only one of the few key players United want to point out until the end of the summer window. Erik ten Hag wants a deep midfielder (ahem, Frenkie de Jong. . . ) to sit next to Casemiro, as this means that any tackle he wins will be used well to launch attacks. Maybe Christian Eriksen alongside Casemiro would work? (JPW)

Cristiano Ronaldo helps keep a diary with all the rumours of his move, as the self-centered Portuguese megastar is reportedly the latest to secure his desired exit from Manchester United, with the club in a position to sell him.

Ronaldo says the media have “lied” about him and his possible moves, while promising he will give an interview in two weeks to give the full highlights of his summer. Does this mean that he doesn’t want to stay or just that he knows that any move by Ronaldo will last until the end of the move window?

Our Joe-Prince Wright has more information about the story here.

We couldn’t wait two weeks, so we went into a time device and figured it out: “I would love Manchester United and I’m not happy to leave/excited to stay. Something about Sir Alex. GGMU.  (NM)

Manchester United have reportedly joined clubs interested in loaning USMNT winger Christian Pulisic to Chelsea, and the player is said to be in agreement.

Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Newcastle United and AC Milan have also been linked with Pulisic, who to stay at Chelsea is still eager to leave Stamford Bridge in search of playing time ahead of the World Cup.

It’s possible that United will simply pair Pulisic and Jadon Sancho in any aspect of a centre forward, be it Anthony Martial, Cristiano Ronaldo or even Marcus Rashford. A new face is also expected to sign up for United in CF for some time.

What does it say about Manchester United that Chelsea would be open to moving? And to a lesser extent, what does it say about Thomas Tuchel’s view of Pulisic?(NM)

Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez wants players to leave to give him the freedom to sign new players before the window ends, but Sergino Dest has shown a preference for fighting for his place.

And so, Dest’s omission from the 18th for Barcelona’s 0-0 draw with Rayo Vallecano on Saturday would aim to make it look like USMNT is in the pecking order, and now Man United would feel emboldened with their chances of courting the player for Old Trafford.

In reality, Dest will need to play and Saturday can serve as a planned awakening. Gregg Berhalter will inspire Dest to move somewhere he can play and United are reportedly offering that hope with reports that Diopass Dalot is going through the other side. With a friend in Frenkie de Jong continuously connected to United, perhaps a teammate signing up for them in the move could take them to Manchester?

Would it be for Dest? United are a mess at the moment, but the player is said to know a lot at United, adding his former Ajax teammates Lisandro Martinez and Erik ten Hag. (NM)

Cristiano Ronaldo may be due to leave Man United this summer, but with a transparent trail away from Old Trafford yet to materialise, the 37-year-old is expected to join his Red Devil teammates in a pre-season friendly this weekend. Ronaldo made the announcement himself on Friday, via Instagram, commenting “Domingo o rei joga” – “On Sunday the king plays”. against Atletico Madrid on Saturday (in Oslo, Norway), but Ronaldo indicated his return was scheduled for a friendly against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday (at Old Trafford). (EA)

We now know that Cristiano Ronaldo needs to leave Manchester United and his first club, Sporting Lisbon, may be the solution. According to a report via The Athletic, Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is in talks with Sporting’s hierarchy about a possible deal. Ronaldo, 37, went through Sporting’s youth team and left for Manchester United at 18. Sporting finished moment in the Portuguese elite last season, so they are at the level of organization of the Champions League and Ronaldo is firm. you need to register with a club that plays in the Champions League. So, in theory, this turns out to be a good option. But financially, Sporting Lisbon has no way to pay for this resolution and Ronaldo will have to drastically reduce his salary demands.

With Atletico Madrid, Napoli, Bayern Munich and Chelsea all forgoing to sign Ronaldo, the legendary striker has virtually no other characteristics left to leave Manchester United this summer. It has been reported that United need Ronaldo to signal his option for another year. his contract (which will take him until the summer of 2024) and he will then be loaned to Sporting Lisbon for the 2022-23 season. This situation still seems very unlikely, but what other selection does Ronaldo have at the moment? He’s used to doing whatever it takes when it comes to negotiations because, well, it’s Ronaldo. But Ronaldo and his representatives miscalculated and Manchester United are accompanying him, as Erik ten Hag needs him in their plans for the 2022-23 campaign. (JPW)

Manchester United have been unable to sell Cristiano Ronaldo on his assignment following crisis talks with the allegedly fugitive star, to Sky Sports.

Ronaldo, 37, is yet to leave Old Trafford after flying to Manchester to learn about the club’s hierarchy but is now studying with the team.

The report states that Ronaldo must leave to sign for a UEFA Champions League club and, to be fair, it’s all about the logo and what United deserve to have hoped for when signing the Portuguese.

But that doesn’t replace United’s position on Ronaldo, because they don’t need to sell him. And the history of football is that there is possibly no club that needs Ronaldo and can his salary. Sky Sports says it’s not to rule out Atletico Madrid entirely, however, there’s a giant component of the fan base that doesn’t need the club’s arch-rivals for a long time. Wouldn’t it be fun to see Ronaldo and Diego Simeone respect each other?Sounds like a recipe for success, doesn’t it?

Ronaldo needs to play in the Champions League and compete for major trophies. The same goes for each and every player in the aggregate. It seems, at the moment, that he will have to settle for the fact that he is no bigger than the club, and you have to think that United would love to find him a buyer, regardless of his public position. If there is one actor in the world capable of short-circuiting Erik ten Hag’s project, it is him. That is the maximum quoted in this article. (NM)

Now we knew that this agreement was almost confirmed, but now it is officially official: Lisandro Martínez is a Manchester United player. The 24-year-old Argentina international joined United for a $68. 7 million payment and signed a five-year contract with an option for an extra year. Martinez played for Ajax last season as player of the season with Erik ten Hag, and is now teaming up with his former manager to help usher in a new era at Old Trafford.

Martinez is precisely the type of player United needed, as he will bring calm, authority and elegance to their defence. Able to bet as a centre-back or left-back, Martinez will have direct compatibility with this team and it will be intriguing to see if Harry Maguire loses his position or if Martinez first plays left-back or if ETH transfers United to 3 full-back. Wherever Martinez plays he brings quality to United and with the signings of Christian Eriksen and Tyrell Malacia, there is a transparent identity for the new players the Reds sign. (JPW)

In recent hours, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid have rejected the idea of signing Cristiano Ronaldo. Basically, they said it wouldn’t happen. Bayern Munich coach Oliver Kahn had this to say about the German champions’ relationship with Ronaldo: “I have discussed Cristiano Ronaldo internally, I consider him one of the greatest footballers of all time. We then came to the conclusion that, despite Cristiano’s assessment, it would not be compatible with our philosophy in the current situation.

This came hours after Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo said this about reports linking Real Madrid’s end leg Ronaldo to an ambitious move with his former Crosstown rivals: “I’ve said it many times before, I don’t know who invented Ronaldo’s story yet. “I’ll tell you he’s about to come to Atletico Madrid. Rumors are rumors and will have to remain rumors. If you stay feeding the rumors it will end up hunting as something real, which is not the case.

Ronaldo, 37, is back in Manchester at United’s education flat in Carrington and is reportedly still fit to leave United this summer. But where the hell will it go? If your dream is to stay in the UEFA Champions League, there are very few characteristics to sign for a UCL team that can compete to win it. PSG turns out to be a no-go. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich are also sanctioned. Of the 26 teams that have qualified at the organizational level of the Champions League this season, perhaps your most productive option is to return to Portugal to play for Sporting Lisbon? He will do well to get out of the level of the organization, so would it be worth it for Ronaldo? It seems that United decided to remain Ronaldo for this season, but if he doesn’t need to be there, is that a big mistake? We will know a lot more in the coming days and it will be attractive to see if Ronaldo is in the United squad for his first game against Brighton in nine days’ time. (JPW)

Blink and you miss him, however, the video below shows Cristiano Ronaldo arriving on Manchester United’s education floor for the first time this summer. With just over a week to go before the start of the new season, Erik ten Hag will sit down with Ronaldo to discuss his plans and try to convince him to stay at United. Jorge Mendes, Ronaldo’s agent, showed up next to him in the car and Sir Alex Ferguson was reported to have also arrived at the Carrington educational base, but our UK constituents at Sky Sports said he was not involved in the talks. . Ronaldo, 37, is running out of features to move to this summer as Bayern Munich and Chelsea have chosen to oppose the Portuguese superstar’s move. Ronaldo reportedly wanted to leave United to play in the UEFA Champions League. With Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho standing out as three pre-season strikers for United, it would be difficult for Ronaldo to break into this new United squad at the start of the season. But, after all, he is Cristiano Ronaldo and if ETH convinces him to be part of his plans, he will actually play an important role in the 2022-23 campaign. (JPW)

Either way, Cristiano Ronaldo’s saga of moves wants to be resolved at some point, and that moment can come much sooner rather than later. According to a report by David Ornstein, Ronaldo is back in England and is expected to meet with Man United executives as well. such as, possibly, the new coach Erik has Hag. La key line of the Ornstein report: (AE)

Sources around the matter recommend that Ronaldo will most likely remain at United, but there is still no clarity on the situation.

Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, lacks room to move this summer as Chelsea and Bayern Munich are absent, while PSG look highly unlikely. According to a report by AS in Spain, a return to the Spanish capital could be thought of as not yet. not to Real Madrid. According to the report, Ronaldo and his representatives have been contacted through Atlético Madrid and Diego Simeone really needs to point that out. As a Real Madrid legend, how would Atleti fans take this? trophies in Spain and Europe, they will probably settle for that. Could Ronaldo have a similar effect on Luis Suárez in 2020 to help them win the Spanish title? Still, it’s hard to see Ronaldo lining up in the red and white. stripes of the team that he tormented so much during his nine years at Real.

The Portuguese superstar is still sought through Man United and Erik ten Hag has gone so far as to claim that Ronaldo is in his plans for this season and that he could see Ronaldo extend his contract for another year (which he has the option to do) after a positive 2022-23 campaign. That proves unlikely as Ronaldo obviously needs to leave and although this is only pre-season, the 3 more sensible Erik ten Hag of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Jadon Sancho seem to be a very Smart has compatibility as a unit. The most important thing in all this is that Ronaldo would have to drastically reduce his wage demands, or Atletico would have to get rid of many other strikers, with Alvaro Morata and Angel Correa potentially sold. Is it Ronaldo?Value him for Atletico? If Simeone believes he can add the goals and vanguard of his team that is rarely missing and can have compatibility with his maniacal and pressing taste for the game, who are we to disagree?(JPW)

Arsenal connected with him for the first time this summer, however, Lisandro Martinez appears to be heading to Manchester United after the Reds announced on Sunday that a $65. 3 million deal had been reached with Ajax. The 24-year-old centre-back is expected to sign for Man United. after agreeing to non-public terms and/or completing a medical examination. (EA)

Christian Eriksen, 30, signed for Manchester United as a free agent. The Danish playmaker finally finished the move and signed a three-year contract at Old Trafford. This is another big step for the Reds, as Eriksen will play a key role in assisting Erik ten Hag put his taste for the game into effect.

Eriksen said of his arrival at Old Trafford: “Manchester United is a special club, and I can’t wait to start. I’ve had the privilege of playing at Old Trafford on a number of occasions, but I still have to do it in United’s red kit. “blouse will be a feeling.

“I have noticed Erik’s paintings at Ajax and I know the point of detail and the preparation that he and his team put in every day. It’s transparent that he’s a coach. After talking to him and learning more about his vision and how he needs equipment to play, I’m even more excited for the future. I still have big ambitions in the game, there are so many things I know I can achieve, and it’s the best position to continue my journey.

It’s a very good loose move from United and Eriksen showed his quality at the time part of last season at Brentford. His intelligence with the ball and his ability to play a variety of roles in midfield and attack will be invaluable to United. The same will go for their experience as United with a world-class midfielder capable of helping them work. Now, how will ETH integrate Eriksen, Bruno Fernandes and potentially Frenkie de Jong into the same team?Eriksen could play a slightly deeper role and at this point in his career it would be better for him to dictate the speed of the game and help United keep the ball going. Manchester United continues to head to the Netherlands for their new players, as Ajax and Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez are about to sign. or left-back) will be key to improving United’s defence. With Tyrell Malacia already arrived, the left side of United’s defence may have a whole new look this season. Martinez has been haunted by Arsenal for most of this summer, but Martinez has made the decision to sign for United to work with ETH again. (JPW)

It rumbles again and again, doesn’t it? Frenkie de Jong doesn’t need to leave Barcelona (at least that’s what emerges from reports in Spain) and this deal becomes more confusing as the Dutch foreigner owes Barcelona over $20 million in salary. These salaries were postponed until the end. The pandemic began to help the Catalan club cope with high costs, but has yet to be reimbursed. United are said to have agreed a move payment with Barcelona to sign De Jong, but the Dutch midfielder will not leave Camp Nou without his previous salary. paid. What a mess. (JPW)

There had been 4 loans for Andreas Pereira since the Brazilian joined Manchester United’s academy in 2012, the 26-year-old looks set to leave Old Trafford for good.

Pereira is heading to Fulham, reportedly with around $12 million from the other newly promoted team.

He has just finished a year on loan at Brazilian side Flamengo, having set times with 3 assists after spending the last year on loan at Serie A Lazio.

Pereira had his busiest year at United before that, 25 PL games and 15 cup games in 2019-20. Loans to Valencia and Granada predate this. (NM)

The first sign of the Erik ten Hag era is confirmed, as left-back Tyrell Malacia arrived from Feyenoord for up to $17. 5 million. The 22-year-old Dutch foreigner will compete with Luke Shaw for a starting spot and has signalled a fourth one-year contract with an option for a one-year extension. Malacia is an attacking full-back and played a key role in Feyenoord’s participation in the UEFA Conference League final last season, as he also broke into the Dutch national team and knows all about Erik ten. The playing philosophy of Hag. Si United have also reportedly struck deals to sign Christian Eriksen and Frenkie de Jong, the ETH era is gaining momentum. Our UK partners on Sky Sports have shown that 37-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo has not made it to Manchester United’s education floor at Carrington for the first day of pre-season. For what? The reports imply that there are “familiar explanations why” why Ronaldo did not go back in time and that the club is happy with this explanation why and that everything is fine. The right offer arrived. He only has one year left on his contract, but the club is not willing to sell him and plans to have him there this season.

Given that United are due to travel to Asia and Australia for their pre-season excursion in the coming days, it is transparent that Ronaldo has serious doubts about the Erik ten Hag era and needs to move. Most of the United team returned to education last week and other foreign players (apart from Ronaldo) arrived on Monday morning for pre-season. In the coming days, we are about to find out if this saga will take any further turns, as reports recommend that ETH sit down with Ronaldo and check out any issues he has in relation to the upcoming season. (JPW)

Christian Eriksen agreed to move to Manchester United in a big boost for new manager Erik ten Hag. According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, the Danish midfielder has agreed to a three-year contract at Old Trafford. The 30-year-old player. The loose agent will now go through a medical examination before joining Erik ten Hag’s team. Eriksen had been sought through Tottenham, Brentford (where he spent part of last season on a short-term contract) and many others, but he chose United. who seem to be the key to inaugurate the flavor founded on the property of Erik ten Hag. The fact that Eriksen has risen through the ranks at Ajax will be helpful in fully understanding ETH’s strategies and ushering in a new era at United.

Is this a smart resolution for everyone involved?United will get a quality player who has genuine elegance in set-pieces and can dictate the pace of the game. Eriksen can play a slightly deeper role in having compatibility with the starting line-up alongside Frenkie. de Jong and Bruno Fernandes, but would still be a fairly attacking trio in midfield. Regardless of where he plays, Eriksen will provide goals and assists and is a smart signing for United as they pay no transfer fees. For Eriksen, he will play for one of the most productive clubs in the world because that’s what his skill deserves. Following his incredible comeback from cardiac arrest in the summer of 2021, he oozed elegance at Brentford in the final months of the 2021-22 season. (JPW)

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly asked to leave Manchester United if they get an offer to be suitable for him this summer. Ronaldo, 37, has been linked with transfers to several top teams in recent weeks amid doubts about whether he would be compatible with the team. formula of the new manager of Manchester United, Erik ten Hag.

It turns out those doubts may sound like the death knell for Ronaldo’s time at Manchester United. A Times report says Ronaldo is due to leave United this summer because the report says he needs to play in the UEFA Champions League again and challenge for trophies. Napoli, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Roma have all connected with a Ronaldo move in recent weeks.

Following the publication of this first report, our UK partners at Sky Sports say Manchester United need to sell Ronaldo and have no interest in letting him pass this summer.

The legendary striker scored 24 goals in all competitions for Manchester United in their horrific 2021-2022 season, but despite his heroism in front of goal, many have questioned whether his taste for the game and personality have an overall negative effect on the Red Devils. Even if he doesn’t have compatibility with Erik ten Hag’s long-term plans, replacing his goals will be a big challenge and United’s new manager may have a big challenge to solve. (JPW)

A report by Dutch media outlet De Telegraaf says Manchester United are trying to convince Arsenal to point to Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez. United have reportedly made a $47 million offer for the 24-year-old (who can play centre-back or left-back). back) and they are pushing Arsenal until the end to see and point to the Ajax star. Martinez, of course, worked with United’s new coach, Erik ten Hag, at Ajax and has proven to be one of their top players in recent seasons.

His ability to be competitive defensively but also to have balance with the ball is precisely what ETH is looking for. With United chasing Frenkie de Jong and Antony, as well as giving Donny van de Beek a momentary chance at the club, Ajax’s environment is strong at Old Trafford this season. Do United want a left-back? Luke Shaw and Alex Tales are his existing characteristics at left-back, while Harry Maguire is at left-back. Does this push for Martinez tell us that one or more of those players will leave this summer?(JPW)

New Premier League boys Nottingham Forest have loaned a high-quality goalkeeper for the season. Dean Henderson, 25, joined Forest from Manchester United on a direct loan deal. Henderson has excelled in the past on a loan spell at Sheffield United, however, he has been unable to claim David de Gea’s starting job since returning to Old Trafford. Henderson was keen and will use this move to Forest to seek and earn a place in Gareth Southgate’s 2022 World Cup. team, as it will be betting week after week on the Premier League. Paul Pogba has already shown he will leave Manchester United months ago, his ultimate fate remains a mystery until this week. Pogba and Juventus have reportedly agreed to the terms, as he prepares for the time when Manchester United will move to Juventus. in his career. Juventus won the name Serie A in the 4 seasons he was at Juventus, from 2012 to 2016, in addition to a couple of triumphs in the Coppa Italia. For the third time in his career, Nemanja Matic has signed to play Jose Mourinho, this time at Roma, after leaving Manchester United on a loose transfer. The 33-year-old has signed a one-year contract and will most likely have defensive midfield compatibility for 36 of next season’s 38 games. (EA)

Three academy products will leave, while D’Mani Mellor, Reece Devine and Connor Stanley are now. out of contract.
