PARIS (AP) – Paris Saint-Germain left on Tuesday on French League weekend for more recovery time following the Champions League final.
PSG was due to play in Lens on Saturday night, but the French league postponed the match until 10 September at the request of the protective champion.
PSG has already missed the first weekend of its national season to face Bayern Munich by european name in Lisbon on Sunday. PSG lost 1-0.
The league said Lens and the canal – agreed with the replacement and complex of Sunday’s Strasbourg-Nice adjustment to fill the void.
The reorganized adjustment of the PSG on September 10, on a Thursday night, will open its league campaign. The adjustment is just two days after star striker Kylian Mbappé could play for France at home against Croatia in a UEFA Nations League qualifying match.
Three days later in Lens, PSG hosted Marseille in the top intense rivalry of French football.
