Nottingham Forest enthusiasts have expressed their anger at the Big Picture project.
The Telegraph announced the news of the incredibly debatable plan allegedly drawn up through Manchester United and Liverpool with the help of EFL President Rick Parry.
This would see the League Cup deserted and the Premier League reduced to 18 teams, while high-level voting rights would change.
Currently, 14 of the 20 clubs will have to approve a proposal, but now it will go on to the ‘big six’, plus Southampton, Everton and West Ham.
If six of the clubs accepted a proposal, it would be approved.
In exchange for acceptance of the plan, there would be a payment of 250 million pounds to EFL clubs, in addition to 25% of their revenue, parachute tickets would be abolished.
