A new artificial intelligence mobile from the Washington Lottery turned a user’s photo into soft pornography, forcing them to shut down “out of an abundance of caution. “

When Megan, a 50-year-old mother founded in Tumwater, visited the Washington Lottery’s new AI-powered cell site on March 30, she thought she was in for some frivolous fun. Test Drive A Win allows users to digitally throw a dart at a Diana that provides a dream vacation that you can pay for with the money you win in the lottery. Depending on where the dart lands, you can upload a headshot or take one to your phone for uploading, and the AI overlays your symbol. at the vacation spot.

Megan opted for a dream vacation option: “swimming with sharks. “He surprised through one of the AI images dropped through the Washington Lottery. It’s comfortable porn.

Megan says she used the option to take a picture of her face to upload it. The created photo shows a smiling AI edit of Megan, but almost completely naked.

In the symbol, Megan is sitting on a bed, wearing a suit in the back, but no blouse. Her bare breasts are exposed. The background of the symbol appears to show an aquarium room, with fish swimming around it. There is a Washington Lottery logo in the back right corner.

“It’s our taxes that pay for this! I’m absolutely in shock. It’s disturbing, to say the least,” Megan explained on KTTH’s Jason Rantz Show.

Megan was worried that the symbol would leak out and pass it on to some other website visitor. He told a friend, who knows someone from the Washington Lottery.

“I also believe that whoever is guilty should be fired,” he added.

It’s unclear how or why the AI created this specific symbol, given the regulations governing the content. Jason Rantz’s show on KTTH, of course, couldn’t authenticate the symbol. However, a spokesperson for the Washington Lottery proved that it had won a report that the symbol created through the AI system.

About 3 hours after an investigation via The Jason Rantz Show on KTTH, the Washington Lottery went offline and they also provided a statement.

“We have been informed that a single user of the AI platform won a symbol that does not meet the built-in parameters set by the developers. Prior to the launch, we agreed on a comprehensive set of regulations to govern the creation of symbols, adding that the other “people depicted in the symbols must be fully clothed. We haven’t noticed the symbol that the AI provided to this user, but out of an abundance of caution, we’re shutting down the website,” the spokesperson told KTTH’s Jason Rantz Show.

The spokesperson did not verify when he first learned of the problem. He also didn’t know why the Washington Lottery waited until my investigation was complete before taking the site offline.

Megan is pleased that the site has been removed. She says she expects any back-end settings that want to be adjusted to be adjusted.

A spokesperson for the Washington Lottery sent the following to KTTH’s Jason Rantz on Tuesday night:

We found out about this earlier this week. As soon as we did, we asked the developers to check all the platform settings and were comfortable with the settings, but after additional internal discussions today, we decided to remove the abundance. Caution, as this is not the case. I need something like this so-called occasion to happen again.
