RB Leipzig Cancel Okafor from Milan

Sky Sport reports that RB Leipzig have canceled Noah Okafor’s proposed loan move from Milan because the striker will not be available soon enough.

The Swiss foreigner was going to sign for the Bundesliga on loan with an option to buy for 25 million euros.

He had left Milan to undergo his medical tests for his new club on Monday.

However, updates from Germany and Italy claim that the deal has been cancelled.

Philipp Hinze of Sky Sports Deutschland reports that the exams suffered Okafor under pressure that the 24-year-old would not have to be played for a while, so his proposed move was cancelled.

Sky Sport Italia confirms that Okafor is returning to Milan.

It remains to be seen if the last movement will affect Milan’s negotiations by Manchester United Rashford striker.

Okafor has missed the last four Serie A games due to a muscle tear and has scored only one goal in 11 league appearances this season.
