Manchester City are already at risk of losing summer arrival Savinho as Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have both been credited with interest in the winger by a report.
Savinho shone his spell on loan at Girona de Troyes last season, recording 11 goals and 10 assists in 41 games. The Brazil foreigner never made a first-team appearance for Troyes, as he was temporarily signed through Man City – a sister club to Girona and Troyes – in July.
City paid around €40million (£33.8m / $41.2m) to bring Savinho to the Premier League on a five-year contract.
So far, Savinho has scored one goal and 8 assists in 27 games for Pep Guardiola.
While not a stunning record, the 20-year-old is still getting used to life in England and Guardiola’s taste in the game.
Some of Savinho’s performances have been electric, suggesting he has a very bright future. In fact, he hit the far post against Brentford on Tuesday night after a sensational run and played a key role in Phil Foden’s moment goal as City stayed within a 2-2 draw.
According to a capture report report, City sees Savinho as an “untouchable” member of his team, believing that he can happen to the top. However, this will prevent European clubs from looking to catch it.
Real Madrid and PSG have supposedly sent scouts to watch the forward in recent weeks. Those scouts have returned glowing reports, leading to speculation that January offers might come in.
Madrid in particular have been backed to ‘test the waters’ with a January offer for Savinho.
City are expected to maintain their stance that the youngster is for sale, making it a difficult deal for Madrid to achieve.
Citizens are much more likely for Kyle Walker this month, because the foreigner in England asked to leave for a new challenge, with AC Milan the favorite with respect to things.
James Mcatee is online to move to Germany after deciding that he will have to leave the etihad to play regularly.
Plus, there is a strong possibility that Kevin De Bruyne will leave on a free transfer in the summer as City still have not offered him a contract extension. The Saudis are keen on De Bruyne but he would prefer to try out MLS.
City are eyeing several January additions to help them get back in the top four. They have agreed to sign Abdukodir Khusanov from Lens and are on the cusp of landing another centre-back, too.
Roman Fabrizio states that the City has closed a contract of 29. 5 million pounds with the Palmeiras for the Brazilian defense Vitor Reis.
Palmeiras had hoped to keep Reis until this summer’s Club World Cup, but City are on the verge of getting it right away.
Reports in Italy state that Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso is next up on City’s wish list, alongside Eintracht Frankfurt striker Omar Marmoush.
The City is following the scenario of Cambiaso since Guardiola is a fan of his skills. Juve sees Italian abroad as an “important” member of his team, but the City could try their luck with an offer.
Cambiaso purposes mainly as a left side, but can also play right if necessary, with that pleasant versatility to the city.
