Saturday’s last Spanish media word suggests that Real Madrid has established itself as the favorite to secure the signing of David Alaba.
Austrian striker Alaba, of course, has long been a key player in the good luck of Bundesliga champions Bayern.
The 28-year-old has spent his entire senior career in Bavarian books since reaching Munich from his home country in 2009.
Alaba has a total diversity of talents, with a burning pace, an athletics, an eye for the pass, a very good crossing strategy and a left foot hammering.
In turn, for a time, the 75-time foreigner was considered the most productive left-back in world football.
However, what makes Alaba such a player is his versatility.
The Austrian, sideways through trade, is more than able to line up in the center of the park and, since the appearance of Alphonso Davies at the Allianz Arena, has really spent the most of his time in the center.
In total, Alaba has amassed more than 350 appearances for Bayern, winning 23 trophies along the way, adding Bundesliga titles and a pair of Champions League crowns.
As such, without a doubt, one of the main sources of fear for all those related to the German champions is that the existing agreement with Alaba in Munich will come to an end.
As things go, the flexible limit is expected to be a loose agent in the summer of 2021, having not reached agreement on the terms of a new contract.
This comes amid the 28-year-old’s claims of frankly implausible monetary demands.
While the failure of either party to reach a compromise at this level was surprising, this was in fact not a statement of interest to Alaba by other European giants.
In recent months, Liverpool, Juventus and Barcelona have been noticed as scores for Bayern star.
However, the favourites to reach an agreement have long been the heavyweights of the Chelsea Premier League.
In fact, just a few weeks ago, the trusted Christian Falk from the German store SportBILD Les Bleus had already arranged a setup in January with Alaba’s agent, with the aim of stealing a march at the festival from Austrian services:

But, as mentioned above, if the last word will leave Spain on Saturday, then it turns out that Chelsea has been kicked off the front line of Alaba.
The pioneers? Real Madrid.
According to a report through Marca, significantly, the defense itself privileges La Liga over any other destination.
In turn, Barcelona does not want to respond to Alaba’s contractual demands, so Real has the logical touchdown position for the 28-year-old in demand:
Alaba believes that his stay at the Allianz Arena is over and that he would need a radical replacement of occasions for him to finish staying in Bavaria. He hopes to embark on a new adventure in a league he has sought to play in. : the Spanish Santander League. ‘
Given Barcelona’s delicate monetary situation, the viable option for Alaba to join a team in Spain is Real Madrid. No other team can respond to the player’s requests ».
