Recruitment in the state of Florida: four-star corner Omarion Cooper with FSU Football

Florida State secured the engagement in 2021 on Wednesday, this time from four-star defensive back Omarion Cooper.

Cooper, a 6-0, 170-pound cornerer from Lehigh Acres, east of Fort Myers, is recently ranked as the 22nd corner and overall 280th hope in 2021 elegance according to the 247Sports composite ranking.

Cooper joined FSU in June after attending a summer camp organized through FSU. His first face-to-face contact with Seminoles training staff took a position in January, his stopover at FSU.

Cooper, a three-year-old with Lehigh Senior, recorded 81 tackles, 21 pass failures, three interceptions, a recovered loose ball and several blocked kicks in his career.

During his junior season, Cooper had 25 tackles, one interception, six broken passes and one blocked basket while helping Lightning qualify for the State 7A playoffs.
