Reject Manchester United ‘not difficult’, says Bellingham after leaving Dortmund’s friends in trouble with a horrible initiation song

The 17-year-old midfielder left the Birmingham children’s club for the German giants in a month of 25 million pounds.

Bellingham has already played two for Dortmund, scoring in Sunday’s 11-2 win over Austria Wien.

And the English ace turns out to be able to have a long and brilliant career in his new surroundings after starting the German lessons.

But before Dortmund formalized the deal, Bellingham remained connected to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Red Devils.

It was the idea for United to look for Bellingham to team up with Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba in the middle of the field.

But Dortmund moved temporarily to close his big contract.

And Bellingham admits it’s a simple selection to move to the Bundesliga even if United was interested.

He told Sky Sports: “The hardest component to leave Birmingham because it had been there for so long.

“I felt like they were an integral component of me, being a fan, then running the academy and betting on the first team.

“I think there are opportunities in life, and for me it’s huge to come and play in such a big club.

“It wasn’t a difficult resolution for me to come here.”

Meanwhile, Bellingham had his teammates in stitches when he gave his presentation to Dortmund.

He bravely stood in front of his new colleagues to sing Array…but they expect their performances in the box that on stage.

Reading the lyrics from his phone screen, Bellingham tried to interpret something like Ne-Yo’s “So Sick”.

But in the video captured through Jadon Sancho and posted on Instagram, Bellingham had his teammates in absolute stitches.

In fact, both the volume of laughter of Sancho and Co, that Bellingham is making a song at times you can barely hear Array …which is probably for the best.

All too much for Raphael Guerreiro, who literally discovered himself rolling on the floor with a painful laugh at the expense of his new partner.

Defender Dan-Axel Zagadou can be seen howling with joy.
