Now, headlines report that Celtic will be included in Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Liverpool as an elite team.
Celtic will be included as a component of the five new elite groups running with Adidas. The five existing elite groups are Real Madrid, Manchester United, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Juventus. Adidas will update Nike as Liverpool’s kit supplier for the 2025-26 season, officially making Liverpool an Adidas Elite direct team from that point on. In addition, 4 new elite groups will be registered in the ranks for the 2025-26 season: Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Celtic and Roma.

The new deal will be announced in due course, however, Celtic are expected to unveil a bumblebee kit for next season, dressed in the colours for the first time since 2018/19.
Meanwhile, Celtic had a weekend after its adjustment was postponed after Storm Eowyn. The Celts will be hunting to continue their European crusade just as they travel to Birmingham this week to face Aston Villa.
