HARRISON, N.J. (AP) Alexander Ring scored and NYCFC beat the Columbus Crew’s first defeat of the season with a 1-0 win on Monday night.
Ring’s purpose in the 59th minute came after Heber intercepted a poor attempt to transparent the crew. The purpose, which broke a 175-minute purposeless sequence, was Ring’s first in the year.
It is NYCFC’s only win in the regular season, betting on a home game at Red Bull Arena.
The team is one of three remaining undefeatiating groups in the normal season, with a 5-0-1 record in the games they imported before facing NYCFC.
The goal of the ring only at the time the team conceded this season.
The groups also reunited to open the normal season before it was discontinued by coronavirus, with the team winning 1-0.
