Tottenham are reportedly close to finalizing their fourth signing of the summer, with move expert Fabrizio Romano confirming a deal is close for a winger.
So far, Spurs have signed Timo Werner on loan and have spent almost £40m in total on Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall, who officially joined the club in the summer after sealing their replacement in January.
However, Ange Postecoglou is still looking for new signings, although pre-season has already showcased some of the dynamic young talents he already has at his disposal.
The Australian is willing to bring in the midfielder and a new 9, but he is not opposed to adding other spaces if the right player arrives.
And that turns out to be the case with the latest expected addition: Tottenham are sticking to the much-loved South Korean winger Min-hyuk Yang.
Romano reports that a deal is being finalized and medical tests will be performed for the 18-year-old talent.
He said: “Tottenham are on the verge of reaching an agreement to sign winger Min-hyuk Yang, born in 2006, from Gangwon FC. The agreement is being finalized and medical examinations will follow.
Yang has been described as a “powerful” and “diamond” winger who burst onto the scene with Gangwon FC last season.
He scored 10 goals in K League 1 last season at the age of 18 and it is not surprising that a club of the stature of Tottenham would turn to the talented star, especially considering the legendary prestige of Son, Heung-min, in your local country. and in north London.
Yang has played 24 of the 26 available league games in the 2023/24 season, more than any other player for the South Korean club. However, it now looks like he will move on to the English Premier League.
Due to his lack of experience, it would be unexpected to see Spurs try to loan him when the deal is officially announced.

Meanwhile, Romano also said that Tottenham and Aston Villa remain in talks over a potential transfer deal involving midfielders Giovani Lo Celso and Jabon Ramsey.

Spurs are reportedly providing Lo Celso and £20m to complete the deal, with Villa boss Unai Emery familiar with the Argentine due to their joint time at PSG and Villarreal.
Lo Celso is not fulfilling North London’s wishes after failing to maintain his foreign form on the club scene with Tottenham during his four years at the club.
Ramsey, meanwhile, is considered the best player compatible with Postcoglou’s playing taste in north London and would likely serve as the No. 8 in Spurs’ midfield engine room.
