Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman is that Ansu Fati can play a key role in the first team this season, but has called for calm in the face of the development of the 17-year-old.

Koeman asked about the young star in his post-match interview, and the former dutch national team leader said the young man is in a position to play a normal role in the coming months.

After Luis Suarez left for Atletico Madrid last week, Fati’s first-team opportunities strengthened, with Koeman in a position to take an excursion between him and Ousmane Dembélé alongside Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann.
Koeman’s appearance will now face two League matches before the October foreign stop with a weekday match against Celta de Vigo and a home match against Sevilla.
