Ross County 1-4 Celtic: Kyogo Furuhashi nets double as Hoops move further ahead in Scottish Premiership

Kyogo Furuhashi scored a double as Celtic were made to work for an eventual 4-1 victory at Ross County to move 18 points clear in the Scottish Premiership.

The hoops ruled from the beginning while they were looking to make their winning career in 2025 to 3 games after their old disappointed business, and Kyogo dismissed the brilliant pass of Alistair Johnston to send them on their way.

However, Jordan White withdrew the county’s penalty spot after halftime after a long var on Johnston’s foul on new signing Kieran Phillips.

After Kyogo’s hard head put Celtic in front of Celtic, they then kicked in the downtime for James Brown’s challenge on Reo Hatate with Arne Engels converting the momentum attempt.

Luke McCowan reached a fourth at the net after effectively making the boxes to send to the most unsuccessful hoops for the Rangers, who play Sunday. Ross County remains 10.

Brendan Rodgers moved to Kyogo wide after Daizen Maeda joined James Forrest and Nicolas Kuhn in the wounded and Luis Palma earned a compassionate license.

The goalkeeper who visited Kasper Schmeichel to superimpose the temperatures of -5c, however, faced two shots in the first two minutes, while Celtic gave the ball in the freezing field. Neither of them was in the objective.

Adam Idah stabbed a shot into the net as Celtic settled in and the Irishman then set Johnston up to force the first save with a shot towards goal.

Celtic received a rejected penalty request via Matthew MacDermid when Hatate came here in front of Elijah Campbell and took off his balance after the pair collided.

Kyogo gave him intelligent luck when he stabbed the ball to Jordan Assassah in a soft range, but opened the score in the 40th minute when he directed Johnston’s best cross after an elegant movement.

Amisseh made a double avoidance of Idah and Kyogo after Alex Valle’s cross from left before space owner Don Cowie made a double transfer at halftime, bringing in the Target Phillips and WhiteArray men

Hyun-Jun Yang forced a save early in the middle, the county’s substitution paid off when Blanc allowed according to Johnston.

Rodgers brought the 21 -year -old striker Johnny Kenny to start after the prolific Irish destination loan with Shamrock Rovers, but was launched directly to Assassah 10 meters with his first chance.

Celtic came to the front here when Engels crossed the left and Kyogo headed to the most sensible corner despite the fact that Abessah put his hands to the effort.

Engels then netted from a retaken penalty after Brown was eventually penalised for a challenge on Yang following a VAR review. Amissah saved the first effort but was adjudged to have moved off his line after another VAR intervention.

McCowan finished the score when he broke 8 minutes after the detention time after generating some skill.

Celtic Brendan Rodgers manager talking to Sky Sports:

“You can see the players, how they continued.

“In games like today you’ve got to find a way to win. Really, really cold day, pitch very bobbly, very bumpy and you just have to have that mentality to get through the game.

“The players showed a fantastic mentality and, although everything, they have some very intelligent winners at the end.

“Lots of players out that have been really creative players for us, but we still end up with four goals and play them well on a really, really difficult day.

“I have an idea that all [Kyogo] have been well adapted to this position. “

Ross County Chief Don Cowie on Sky Sports:

“I for children in terms of score.

“Disappointed that we have granted two goals in time because I saw an organization of players who put their bodies into play to save Celtic to score.

“I realize that Big Jordan [Amissah] right at the net, so I don’t think he absolutely deserves to concede the 4 passes, however, that’s what it is and we settle for this and move on to anything else. “

Sky Sports Pundits eyes on Kyogo has an effect on Dingwall:

Chris Sutton:

“He’s such an intelligent footballer and in times in games when he plays as an out-and-out centre forward he doesn’t get enough touches but he’s so clean and so aware.

“His is sensational. “

Kris Boyd as

“Your movement is scary, it would terrorize you if you are a defender.

“When you have balls like that, you will have possibilities, but your movement is amazing. “
